My situation is very complicated, I have a lot of moving parts (who doesn't in life!) and it was very important that she come to my home and let me give her a tour, and tell her why buying the home I was currently renting was so important to me. The most amazing thing is that she did! Other mortgage brokers just had me leave messages if they thought I wasn't a viable client, but Terri would say, "Don't give up Heather!"...and she would stand behind me and my dream. She always followed up with me and kept the dream alive even when I was stuck or out of communication. We are still working together, and she is always finding ways of supporting my future investments. She is always looking for the best programs, rates and options that I qualify for. She is supposed to be the expert when you hire them to get you through all the loan crap that needs to happen. But she won't advise you, she just barks orders and passes the ball to you. She was wrong about things along the way too but never took responsibility for anything. Instead, takes the time to go back through emails to point out something you said/typed at some point. Again, that's not helpful to anyone! She is very lucky to have Derek Lui in her office! Derek truly saves the day. He is nice, polite, helpful, willing every time you deal with him. I would not recommend Terri at all, to anyone. There are so many other Financial Services places around, shop around and find someone else to help you.
