PARENTS BEWARE: Our Daughter Was Injured, Blamed, Then Kicked Out…read more I'm writing this so no other family experiences what we went through at Bambini. This place broke promises, injured our daughter, then blamed HER for their failures. When we toured Bambini, the director promised parent-accessible cameras would be installed "in the near future." I understand cameras aren't standard everywhere, but this promise was a major reason we enrolled our daughter. Those cameras never came. It was a blatant lie to get us to sign up. From week one, the turnover was insane. New teachers constantly. They rely heavily on high school students to fill gaps, way more than any other center we visited. When we asked about this before enrolling, they downplayed it completely. The few good teachers our daughter bonded with moved to other classrooms within months. Zero consistency. Then came the call that changed everything. Our daughter was injured during a diaper change when her teacher slammed her forehead into the sharp corner of a cabinet. She had a significant wound. When my wife rushed there, the teacher apologized and said it was an accident, but this was gross negligence from improper handling. We asked that this teacher not be around our daughter. They removed her for TWO WEEKS, then put her back. We looked everywhere for another daycare, but there were no openings. No family nearby to help. We both work full-time. We were trapped and had to accept a situation where our child's safety had already been compromised. Around this time, the director quit. There was NO director running the facility. Teachers without appropriate certified experience were suddenly promoted to leadership roles. And the owner? Completely MIA. She could not care less about the families whose children are in her facility. Zero presence, zero accountability. When our daughter moved to the toddler room, she got a teacher in her early 20s with minimal experience with this age group. Suddenly there were tablets, videos, loud music blasting. This is supposed to be a Montessori school? Within weeks, our daughter started head-banging when upset, became oversensitive to noise, and regressed in her communication. We had multiple meetings where they documented all these "concerning behaviors." Here's where it gets truly unethical. Instead of acknowledging that THEIR chaotic environment, inexperienced staff, and constant turnover might be causing these issues, they told us our daughter was likely on the spectrum. They said she couldn't return unless we got her tested and provided clinical evidence proving she WASN'T. Anyone with experience in child development knows that getting a child evaluated for autism or developmental concerns can take years. You can't just schedule an appointment and be seen next week. These evaluations have waitlists. But Bambini didn't care. They didn't offer to help us find alternative care. They didn't care about continuity for our daughter. They just wanted her gone because dealing with her was inconvenient for their understaffed, poorly managed facility. We were forced to scramble for childcare AGAIN while working demanding jobs with no family support. We found another daycare. Within days, literally DAYS, the behavioral issues vanished. The head-banging? Gone. The sensory issues? Gone. Her new teacher was shocked when we told her what Bambini had reported. She said our daughter was thriving, communicative, well-adjusted, social, and showed absolutely zero concerning behaviors. Despite Bambini advertising as Montessori, their staff lack proper Montessori training. It's been nearly a year at her new school. Not one incident report or behavioral concern. Not one call about head-banging or meltdowns. ZERO. Because the problem was never our daughter. The problem was Bambini's environment, their inexperienced staff, their tablets and chaos, and their complete lack of stability. Bambini made us question our daughter. Made us think something was wrong with her. Told us our child has a developmental disorder. Trust your gut. Find somewhere else.

He likes being dropped off and picked up right at his classroom door, reassured that I know where his classroom is. Tucked away in a family oriented neighborhood with the city's police right down the street, I have peace of mind and happiness sending our son to this school. The most important thing about this school is that it makes our son happy, which matters most.

Then one day, by chance, I met Yudith at a park. We talked, and she invited me to visit her daycare, which happened to be close to where we live. When we walked in, we couldn't believe how beautiful, clean, and organized everything was. And on top of that, she seemed so honest and kind. Today, a year later, we can confidently say that Yudith isn't just as wonderful as she appeared--she's truly an incredible woman. My daughter adores her like an aunt, and Yudith has taught her so much! This month, our daughter started Pre-K and is well ahead for her age, thanks to her time with Yudith. Yudith follows the Montessori method, encouraging freedom of expression, fun, and friendship, while also maintaining a solid routine and impeccable transparency. It's a small daycare with only a few children, so the attention is highly personalized. You always know how your child is doing, what they're learning, how they're living--whether it's how they sleep, eat, or play. If you love your children dearly and can enroll them in this daycare, do it! It's a gift that will last them a lifetime. Yudith has been a blessing not only for my daughter but for our entire family. She has so much experience, is transparent, kind, and responsible. I can't emphasize enough how important these qualities are. She's organized and dedicated--we couldn't have been luckier. Our daughter was in the best hands we could have ever imagined. Oh, and the daycare is bilingual! The price is very reasonable, and we don't have a single complaint.
