The young lady storekeeper has been well trained in the business of the store, but lacks customer relations skills. I paid a premium price for a job (with an additional debit card fee!) and the job was not done as requested. I received no apology for the mistake, no compensation for inconvenience, and a poor attitude towards me as if I had made the mistake! Not even an offer for a fix. I refused to leave with the botched job. They finally (reluctantly) agreed to an accommodation. Had I known this would be the case upon pickup, I would not have spent so much additional money shopping for goods in their store. I would not recommend them.
