My negotiated rate did not transfer with the transaction, but this was later resolved. Today I received a letter from Power Express saying I was delinquent and they would turn me over to a collection agency. This was the first I knew of an outstanding balance with Power Express. I have perfect credit, pay all bills on time and in full. This is really disgusting - I never received a bill with this amount and truly this is the first I have known of this. Really bad business..............never again........

If the service remains good, I'll come back and upgrade as deserved. I recently switched to Power Express, and my new plan started mid cycle. They charged me the minimum usage fee despite the fact that my first cycle was only 6 days. This fee was 30% of my bill and more than I spent on electricity in the 6 days. I called and they refused to waive the fee saying it "wasn't their responsibility that I started mid-cycle". And hey, that's not strictly false, but a little goodwill with your customers can go a long way. Next time I guess I'll opt to pay a slightly higher rate to a company that actually cares about customer relationships.

The most annoying thing was the fact that the leasing office did absolutely nothing about the situation. saying it could happen to anyone and they specifically stated there's nothing that they could do and that's why we have insurance for situations like this and that if we didn't feel comfortable parking our car in the compound we should park elsewhere. Barely 2 weeks after the incident while we were trying to get the car fixed we got a call from the leasing office that they would tow my husband's car if we don't get it fixed.The leasing associates are rude, no iota of empathy and have the worst customer service skills ever. Although our request to move out without penalty was rejected. We are moving out. So many security isssues have happened in the 4mos we have been here.WORST APARTMENT EXPERIENCE EVER! RUN FOR YOUR LIFE IF YOU CAN. BECAUSE THERE HAVE BEEN WORSE EXPERIENCES IN THAT APARTMENT.

The customer service/help is VERY limited and if you need assistance past your account representative then you can "make a request" and that next level may or may not call you back and in my case she did not. But after only 2 calls to the representative and 1 call to customer service, yes 3, requesting help the representative finally called back 5 days after my initial request. For now I am stuck with this inept company and I hope that whomever is reading this does not make the same mistake that I did and do business with this company.

The customer care professionals have lied to me five times now about a $10 credit that I was told was to be applied to my account. Never happened. First girl told me to reduce my payment by the 10$ credit which would be applied to my account on the next months bill, I did. Next month bill arrives showing 10$ owing balance forward, so credit never applied. Called back two more times and told we'll generate a new bill with 10$ credit. Same original bill with balance arrives. Fourth phone call, guy says oh, you'll have to pay the 10$ balance due and your next bill has the 10$ credit. Today, #5 phone call, after the new bill arrives- THERES STILL NO CREDIT APPLIED. And the girl in customer service says oh we applied it you just don't see it on your bill. HUH????? I'm changing electric companies. It's bad enough that their customer service is daft but they don't have after hours customer service on nights or weekends. No cell phone app. And if you forget your internet password forget getting it reset via email until 9-5 business hours. No tech support after hours either. They now have a 14 day payment due from date bill issued. So by the time you get your bill in the mail, it's due in a week. If you pay one day past 14 day payment due then they generate a disconnect notice with a fee attached even if you've always paid your bill in full when due. And the due dates keep changing each month.
