Ultimately, the job we agreed to with contract was not done to completion, in spite of the assistant's insistence that it was. The owner was not on the job EITHER day and this is important. While the crew came back to attempt to complete the original job ( we appreciated that!), the owner was not there. The result was that the job is currently STILL not what we agreed upon. The owner is not willing to return to finish it. Caveat emptor...just know that if the job is not done according to agreement, you will have trouble reaching the owner and it will not be made right. We really wanted to have a great experience!

They didn't take half measures and used nice quality materials including crushed pea stone, and they fixed up the yard after all the excavation. The guys really treated the yard with respect and they displayed mannerly professionalism during the whole process, and solved our very big problem. I had tilled it, amended the soil, fertilized, treated for grubs and seeded and patched and it just always looks not so great. I have a green thumb in the garden but grass and I never were able to make it happen fully. Finally bit the bullet and hired Dave at Clean Sweep. First of all, Dave is just a great guy, super nice and knowledgeable, and professional. Really impressed with his approach to me as a customer, as I had a lot of questions. Second he came up with a plan to make the lawn nice that had a very reasonable price and we went with it. Basically a total lawn reboot, soil amendment, sprinklers and reseeding last fall. This year literally everyone of my neighbors has commented on the lawn and all my friends that come over as well. Clean Sweep is doing all the work besides the mowing. Where their was crabgrass and spurge and dandy lions there is now super thick grass. I couldn't be happier and all the work and the sprinkler system was so reasonably priced. At first when I told my wife I wanted to spend the money to get the front lawn done she was skeptical. But all spring she has been saying "why didn't we do this years ago". I have a low hanging tree in my driveway and your driver just drove right in taking down some branches and went about servicing my neighbor. I called and talked to a receptionist im guessing and all she could say is im sorry he drove through your driveway. Sorry just doesnt fix the issue at hand. Not good business to drive through someone else's property.
