I'll call it a hidden gem because you can definitely miss it if you're not paying attention but once you find it I don't think you can ever forget the Guardian name and team. Matt and Jamie are running something truly special for firearms enthusiasts of all levels. Every shelf and case is full of anything you can imagine from entry level to Call of Duty level prestige. Jamie and two of her team members (I feel terrible I didn't get their names) spent time listening to what I was looking for and then gave me their insight and helped me narrow down my choices. Jamie even showed me one of my options from her personal collection and explained that they offer demo rentals on their range. In the end I purchased something I couldn't find anywhere else on the island. Matt (Jamie's husband) came over and introduced himself and thanked me for coming in. He explained some of the amenities and offerings at Guardian should I want to take advantage of those. I will absolutely be back to dive further into those. Spark notes: Even as a first time visitor, the team at Guardian treated me as a lifelong customer and friend. When I first walked in nobody knew whether I was a window shopper or serious buyer. The staff were very nice and very helpful. I know I will be going back here. The young man that helped me at the counter was the most polite and helpful person I've encountered in any retail establishment in years.

I've been a "lifetime" member for about 30 years. As of now…read more(614/19) I'm still waiting for my 20/19 card. I've called about 6 times. Each time I'm told that they will send me a card, which allows me entry to their ranges. I started asking for my card to be sent to me in Feb. of 20/19. I've also recommended that at least for lifetime members, they issue a "lifetime" membership card, so they wouldn't have to print out and send a new card every year to lifetime members. As of today, I'm still waiting.

They used to have a real industry and teaching pro in HVAC who is no longer there either. Never any new or at least usable materials to learn on because the school will not buy new equipment, they only want free donations which is usually crap.
