I rent a very old apartment so therefore the plumbing is very old and challenging for anyone to repair. the drain pipe for my washer had rusted which in turn caused it to break off. After contacting two plumbing companies who never returned calls Guardian came to my rescue. Jimmy was my technician who went above and beyond to repair my pipes. I would use Guardian again without a doubt! I would refer your company without hesitation. A big thank you to your company and to Jimmy. Carol S., Sun City read more

After 21 years, our old Water Heater decided to give up. Called Guardian, they came out (great Team, John, and Jared (?), first we tried to relight the old unit, to no avail. Parts are N/A, wasn't up to code any more, so we decided to replace. Within 3 hours we had a brand new, up to date, more efficient and up to code unit installed, and hot water flowed once again from every faucet.....The guys were professional, quick, personable, and cleaned up after the job was done. Even took away the old unit. Next plumbing issue - they're the ones to call. Good work, fellas. Certainly much quicker and much more efficient than yours truly trying to wrestle, remove, and replumb a 75 gallon unit myself. Call the pros! read more

Completed an entire re-pipe. EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, PUNCTUAL, PATIENT, HOLISTIC, INFORMATIVE, and **KIND** (very very kind) team of people. Great people to deal with. They are very honest & reliable. They were on time, efficient & diligent. We will use them again.

Guardian Plumbers was quick to answer the phone. They scheduled me in quickly for no extra charge! Haylee was informative and communicative about the service and which technician would be coming to my house. Jose, the tech, was on time, respectful, and descriptive about the work he was doing on my kitchen drain. He triple checked his work to make sure I wouldn't have issues in the future. I will definitely use Guardian Plumbers in the future! read more

Our water heater went (leaking, what a mess), called Guardian the next morning, they came to my home that day at scheduled time. They quickly assessed the problem, and discussed options with my wife as I was away on business. My wife and the technician called me together on a speaker phone discussed options with me, we decided on a new tank less system. They allowed me to conduct the complete transaction over the phone and we had the entire system installed the next day. We only had one complete day without hot water. Amazing in a day where customer service is no where to be found. They took away the old tank, cleaned up the entire area, and life git back to normal. Very professional, nice people, not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Very happy with the product and the service I received read more

Ok Yelpers here's the 411 why this business earned a one star review. It all started when I received an email from EMWD that my water usage was unusually high because the water meter was constantly running. After some DIY diagnostics, it wasn't a flapper valve in one of the toilets. On 2/21'23 I called a couple of plumbers and Preston from Guardian Plumbers came out to my house. After looking at all the fixtures inside, told me it was probably a slab leak and the repair would be a pipe reroute with leak detection, with two quotes from $3k-$3600. Obviously I was skeptical of this bid when he had no exact location of the water leak. My significant other said to hit the pause button and get a second opinion, and I did. I went on Yelp, again, a got lucky with Canyon Hills Plumbing. After an almost sleepless night, the awesome technician came out the next morning and I explained the problem. The first thing he did was to check the water meter and then turned off the main water feed to the sprinkler system. Guess what? The meter dial stopped! He explained that is the first thing to check when there is no apparent/visual water leak. End of story, it cost me zero dollars and the thing I needed a was new sprinkler valve. Moral of the story is stay away from these thieves, they just wanted to take my money, not knowing where the problem was that is terrible business practice. always get more than one opinion and good luck to all. read more

This is the 2nd time we've used Guardian Plumbers. This time it was a leaky faucet in the kitchen. They came to do an estimate and see about the problem. Recommended we get a new faucet and they would come back to install. We ordered a new one, and once gotten, within a few days they came to install. Very courteous, on time repairman. Office very helpful in setting up appt. read more

Great service! Work with Angel through the entire process of estimate and installation of a Bradford White Heat Pump Water Heater. This company was hired to do repairs at my condo community. The plumbers ended up damaging my property and making me regret allowing them into my home. I tried reaching out to this business on 7/5/23 via email and received a text from Amy that same day. i explained in my email request what happened and expressed my concerns. She said that she would forward my claim to management and that they would reach out to me. On 7/12/23 I reached out to her again for an update and she said management had not responded, so I asked her to please inquire again. It's been almost a month and still no resolution. I took video of my place before the work was done and after. I took video because I was not going to be present when the repairs were being done. I was under the impression that my belongings would be covered and that these plumbers could be trusted while I was away at work. That was not the case. They scraped up my refrigerator, left silver stains/splatters all over my cabinets, dishwasher and walls, ruined my kitchen and bathroom rugs with their dirty work shoes, broke the keychain that held my house key, used my restroom without my permission, left an empty gatorade bottle on the floor, and somehow managed to tear my couch when they moved it. I don't like giving negative reviews which is why I tried to reach out to them first, but what they did is not right so I'm warning anyone who is considering hiring them. When questioned by our property manager they claimed that none of this was true, that they did cover everything up. My video and pictures prove otherwise. If they refused to take responsibility then, they probably won't since I haven't gotten a response. Funny how their slogan is "Someone You Can Trust." Clearly, they can't be trusted. I understand that sometimes things get damaged and it's an accident, but them claiming it wasn't their doing is what's really upsetting. So customers beware and keep a watchful eye if you do hire these careless plumbers. read more

Guardian Plumbers were outstanding from the start! The best customer service I have ever experienced with a company. They even followed up after to see how service went. I had drains, water lines and gas lines ran to an outdoor BBQ. The technician john that came out did a great job! Very easy to talk too and worked hard during the heat wave we had. He kept me informed on the project and cleaned up after working. I will definitely use Guardian Plumbers again and highly recommend!!! read more

You can always tell when a company grooms their employees to become salesmen. I called Guardian to fix a spigot that I had broken off because it had a constant leak. When the plumber arrived he accessed the situation and told me he had three options in fixing it. (Textbook maneuver). That made me nervous off the bat. He made suggestions about replacing the pressure regulator because the house was around 17 years old. I said does that mean that the pressure regulator is bad? He had no answer. So he began to tell me I could replace the whole riser over $1000 bucks. I said hell no. What's option two? For $600 buck he can do the repair but not as intense as the first option. I said hell no. What's my third option? For $300 he said can install a new spigot but couldn't guarantee how long it would hold when he soddered it. I gave him the go ahead. It pisses me off when a company offers to fix shit when it doesn't need fixing. So buyer beware, they remind of car mechanics. read more

I've used them a few times and was able to get someone the same day on a couple of issues. They showed up within an hour for my water heater and fixed it! I definitely recommend them. read more

Terrible! I had used them 3 times before and was very satisfied for minor toilet repairs and so I called them for a shower mixer valve that wasn't getting hot. The estimate when he arrived was approximately $600. which I thought was pretty high but I gave him the ok. Then he showed me that the diverter was not working and said we needed to replace that too. Now the estimate was over $1200. and in the process he twisted the copper pipe inside the wall. He said it was soft copper and shouldn't have been used but I subsequently found out that wasn't true, but now he was saying he was going to have to cut out a section of the shower wall and then put in a plate afterward- estimate now over $3000! I said no to all of that. I had a friend come look at it this weekend who knows what he's doing. He repaired it for less than $70. for parts and didn't need to cut the wall. After seeing what a simple repair it was and how untruthful he was I am shocked and angered. Never again! read more

We were referred to Guardian Plumbers by a family member and we were very happy with the experience we received! Our technician was named EJ (Edward) and he was so nice. He went over pricing and took the time to explain everything to us. We are in the process of moving in so our house was all over the place and he didn't even mind-in fact he helped us move stuff and checked to make sure our fridge and washer were installed correctly. It was so nice and definitely the best customer service we have ever received. We are so happy to have our plumbing issues resolved so quickly! Also wanted to point of that the entire staff was friendly and very easy to communicate with. read more

Had them come to my house where I have tenants, fast and affordable, great communication!

Never fixed the leak! I contacted guardian plumbers regarding a leak under my kitchen sink. We had just moved in and noticed the leak. They did respond promptly and I made an appointment for them to come and check it out. Two technicians came and told me the leak was caused by my kitchen faucet. I had them change it out but while they were doing an inspection to check for any other leaks they told me my water softener was bad for the plumbing and had a "specialist" come out to check and he proceeded to try to sell me on a filtration system. The guy that came out was very condescending and asked to speak to my husband(he was at work) instead of me. I asked him a few questions about what chemicals and/or toxins the system filters out. When I told him I would let him know about whether or not we would get the system he acted upset and insisted we should get it. Very uncomfortable conversation considering it would cost over $5000 not a decision to take lightly. Overall not great service they were way more worried about selling me a filtration system versus fixing my leak. They changed the faucet but the leak was not fixed. It still leaks even after calling them and having them come out again. They still were not able to fix the leak. I would not recommend! read more

Thanks to the great staff and Management Team, my wife is a Realtor and her client was very happy that we referred Guardian Plumbers to solve their plumbing issues. Guardians were referred to me by a neighbor who used them for plumbing issues and he was right, these folks know what they are doing and they are very professional. My wife had a run in with Dan while I was working, honestly I was bit nervous about leaving her alone with the plumber (unsure of how he'll treat her, had my doubts about whether she'll know how to inspect the quality of his work). But after dan finished I came home to a stellar job and also her gushing about how polite he was! Showed up on time, worked in a timely manner, and remained professional the ENTIRE time. 5 stars, this ones for you Dan - cheers. read more

Guardian was referred to me by a neighbor when we had a major back up in our main drainage line. Of course this happened on the weekend, but Derek came out immediately on a Sunday and addressed the issue, very affordably. They also recommended a remediation/restoration company who came out immediately. Jesse with Guardian arrived Monday and assessed the cause of the back up, fixed one of the leaks in the house, working with the remediation crew, then gave us 3 options to address our main line. Guardian started work promptly the next day. Jesse and his crew spent the entire day on the project, they were meticulous about excavating and explained progress along the way. They took pictures as well. When they were finished, you couldn't event tell that they had been digging. I would not hesitate to recommend Guardian for plumbing needs. read more

Very happy with our service, and first use of, Guardian Plumbing. The person taking the call did a great job listening and gathering information. They were able to get us a plumber early than expected....ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!! We had two plumbers who were both great. Jesse was very nice and professional. He is really easy to work with, took time to explain what the job would entail, and showed me step-by-step the work he did once the plumbing was fixed. They are paperless, so we were given a receipt with pictures of all the work done before I could even sit down after they left. Jesse provided us with estimates of the work needed to be done and explained everything. Overall, we are very happy with services provided by the entire Guardian team. Thank you and Merry Christmas! read more

I don't usually like to leave poor reviews for businesses, but I also don't like being lied to. We needed some plumbing work done so I called several plumbers to get quotes. Of the four I called, only one gave me a quote over the phone, the others said they had to come to my home to see the scope of the work. Two men from Guardian arrived and looked at the work, and gave me an estimate. While doing so the one who seemed to be in charge (did all the talking) proudly showed me Guardian Plumbers' standardized pricing on his tablet. I had suspected that they wanted to send someone over so they could play the "well, we're here, let's get this done" card, but that was confirmation. Sorry, I can't do business with folks who blatantly lie to potential customers. BTW - I got the work done with another local plumbing company for over $100 less than you quoted. read more

Arrived within 24 hours. Up front about price. Easy fix with a plumber and an apprentice. Clean, quick, and friendly. Thank you!

We had a stopped up toilet. Guardian sent a man out (on the time quoted) to evaluate and quote the job. This was new to me, as most plumbers quote a minimum just to come out. Guardian allowed you to make the decision as to whether to use them or not after you received their quote. The young man (John Wallace) was pleasant, honest, and effective. I would definitely use them again (but I hope I never have to). read more
