two glasses of wine in front of barrels
Michele F.

Great wines and super friendly people at a great location! Today was my first time at this location. We sat alongside barrels while we tasted lots of yummy wine. Entrapment chardonnay, Confidential Source merlot and Newsprint Malbec were our favorites. If you're in the area, please stop in, you will love the wines, staff and space.

I absolutely love Guardian Cellars wine! Jerry and Jennifer have crafted consistent, delicious, and high-quality wine. I first discovered them years ago at a 90-point plus Washington wine event. The service is attentive. Recently, I visited the Snohomish tasting room right next to Flower World. The atmosphere is light and bright. Fun fact, they are a dog friendly winery. Enjoy some wine and then pop over to do some shopping for your northwest garden. Add this must taste to your PNW winery stops.

Great wines are just the start of why you should take time to stop in and indulge in their wines! This fantastic new space offers delish wines, a delightful space to enjoy them and fantastic staff to walk you through your experience! I was fortunate to have Wendy taking care of me today and enjoyed a lovely tasting matched with knowledge and delicious flavors!

Friendly people and atmosphere. Jennifer and Jerry are amazing owners and have a great backstory for their wine namings. The 2018 Newspring Cab Sauv on their current tasting lineup was super good! 2015 Felony was incredible.

Delicious wines and always a great experience. We enjoy both the Hollywood Hill and Maltby locations.

New space in Maltby. Complex has a few other wineries as well. Gun Metal and Chalk Line are my faves.

This place is really pretty much in Maltby so don't let the Snohomish address fool you.

We have been members with Quilceda Creek Vinters since December of 2023 and have love their wines…read more This is the first time we've actually visited their tasting room in Snohomish and fully enjoyed the experience. Buckle in because I will be utilizing the term "phenomenal" throughout this review. Securing the time for the tasting was a bit of a production. They are closed weekends and are only available Monday through Friday. Their tasting times are either 10 AM, 1 PM, or 3PM. Why the specific times? I'm not sure, however it is what the business sets. We secured the 1PM tasting on a Friday. We were expecting the standard gambit of tastings with other parties, but to our surprise, it was not the case. We had the WHOLE tasting room to ourselves with an in house sommelier guiding through the phenomenal wine tasting. We were provided with personalized menus and a tour of the production area during our appointment. We took a few moments in between our sips of cab to walk to their production facility to see first hand how their wine is made. The tasting consisted of 3 wines. Julio guided us through our tasting. We started with a 2020 Quilceda Blanc, which was phenomenal and comes with a caveat. They do not sell this to the public. I can appreciate the tease there. We proceeded with the 2016 Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, which was phenomenal. We took a walk break and Julio took us on a tour of their facilities where we saw French oak barrels, production line, and an interesting contraption called GALILEOAK. This was a spherical invention from France and is used to age wine. We continued with a tour of their barrel room and walked back to the tasting room. The final tasting was 2022 Palengat, which is a Mach 1 vineyard Horse Haven Hills. The wine left us desiring more. To our surprise, it was available for purchase and we took home half a case. Overall, I can certainly appreciate the exclusivity of this membership. This vintner does one thing and they do it well. Cabernet Sauvignon is their trademark and we see why they have earned multiple 100 points on their wines. Definitely recommend this winery.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU MICK!…read more My husband and I only ever saw one venue because as soon as we saw Hidden Meadows we knew it was everything we had talked about. Our ceremony was in November so we had an indoor ceremony in the chapel area and loved the reception area. We had such a beautiful ceremony! The bridal suite was perfect and had plenty of room for everyone to get dressed in one area and have hair/makeup done in the other. The grooms room was far enough away to make sure no one peaked until it was time. We also had such beautiful grounds to take pictures in. It was too cold and rainy for an outdoor gazebo ceremony. But the pictures we took there are going to be magical. We didn't really have to do too too much to the venue itself for decorating because there is so much natural charm and beauty to the venue. I also have to mention the exclusive catering company, Wooden Spoon. I was nervous to have them as our only option but we had the most delicious meal and received sooo many compliments. Tyler was able to work within our budget and not make it feel like we compromised at all. They also have an awesome rental room with so many decor pieces that we didn't have to worry about bringing with us or taking out of the space. I know I'm biased but it was the best wedding I've been too!

I was a guest at a wedding held earlier this month at Hidden Meadows. According to the website,…read moreHidden Meadows has been owned by the same family for five generations. It used to be a working dairy farm too, before it was a sod farm. Cool! Hidden Meadows isn't too hard to get to from the Seattle metro area, but you definitely need a car as it's in a rural/farming area. We passed some apple farms on the way which made me want to stop and pick apples. Alas, no time. The parking lot was right in front of the building's entrance. Even though you can have weddings outdoors, the ceremony was held inside as it had poured earlier. It's nice to have that option in case the weather doesn't cooperate. It wasn't too clear where the bathrooms were. I probably could've found them eventually, but I asked a person familiar with the place to point me in the right direction. They're on the other side of the chapel, away from the reception area. The reception was held on a covered patio which was next to an uncovered patio. There was a fire pit and also eye-catching views of the countryside. Apparently you can see mountains off in the distance but it was still a little hazy from the earlier rain shower. Speaking as a cold-averse southerner, a few more heat lamps in the reception area would have been great but I was happy to see two. The banquet hall was right next to the patios. It wasn't heated but was more enclosed. It held the wedding of nearly 200 people comfortably, with a open area in the middle for speeches, dancing, games, and other merriment. Dinner was served buffet-style on the covered patio. I had a lovely time. Glad I was able to attend a Hidden Meadows wedding!
