As anyone can imagine as first time homebuyers, we were very overwhelmed and had a lot to learn. But what made it so much smoother and reassuring was having Stacy and Vince there to guide us. They were all about making sure they were looking for the things we wanted but also setting realistic expectations. We never felt any pressure to go in a certain direction when looking for houses. They always made sure to inform us of everything from looking at a specific house to the gritty details of mortgage loans. They were very approachable and also took extra time and effort to check in on us. It honestly felt like we were their only clients. Stacy and Vince are an amazing team, and you can really tell that they care both about their clients and their practice. I highly recommend anyone who is looking in the Marin area to reach out to them. We are extremely grateful we did as they really are Marin's Finest.

Eli made my job a priority and came out after hours so I didn't have to wait through the weekend. Before coming, he asked me to send a few pictures of the locks so he knew exactly what he was walking into and could bring anything he might need. He was friendly, honest, and really knew what he was doing. He even saved me money by rekeying an existing bolt lock instead of replacing it. I'll definitely be using Anytime Locksmith Pros again whenever I need locks rekeyed for one of my rental properties.

For me, I appreciate great workmanship, communications and professionalism. If I am hiring you, dress professional, address people professionally and if you are working in my house, please don't smell like cigarettes or sweat. Good communication is another key. For example, as we were progressing in the job, Eli identified several issues that were not part of the job, but was able to address while he was working. When he left, all of the work locations were clean and everything functioned correctly. If you are in the Novato/Marin/San Rafael area, I would highly recommend Eli and Anytime Locksmith.

My commercial property loan was due and needed to be refinanced but the bank strung me along for 6 months using the pandemic as the reason that they could not provide a rate. By the time they gave me the refinance rate, it was ridiculously high thinking I would have no choice but to stay with them. I reached out to my home mortgage agent and she referred me to Dale. With one conversation, Dale was able to connect me to a bank with fantastic rates and terms. He answered all my questions and educated me on the differences between commercial and home lending. Dale is super responsive, found me a great loan, and also provided me SBA funding advice due to the COVID impact. There's something about Dale that when having a conversation with him, you quickly trust him. He's not there trying to sell you something but more wanting you to make the best informed decision across all options.

I normally like to communicate over e-mail but Dale insisted we speak over the phone to cover some complex topics. It was a good thing too as there were some things better explained over the phone (eg. locking in the rate) so thanks to Dale on that. Major pro: Dale was very upfront about his fee and explained each of the charges. Even though we locked in with the lender we saw the market drop again by about .15%. I'm not sure how mortgage brokers entirely work but I believe Dale had the option to pocket the difference (yield spread premium). Instead I got the rate adjusted lower with escrow closing within the month!
