While the tech said there would be no charge I was subsequently sent a final notice for payment before I realized that wasn't the case at all. So, I guess $125 is their flat fee to straight-up lie to customers for easy money. The technician who came out told me multiple times my issue was NOT squirrels. Only it WAS squirrels, as we full-on FILMED THEM after he left. DOHP! Well, now: Don't you guys look dumb as hell. So they charged me $125 come to my house and tell me that they couldn't help me because the squirrel issue I had was not a squirrel issue when it absolutely was. We had great service for the first year or two, but then it was a gradual irritation on their end every time we called about a box that wasnt filled with bait or seeing rats. I wish they would have listened to our concerns and came up with solutions. We would have paid for additional service if there was a solution. instead, we paid to have our space cleaned and sealed and traps filled (mostly) and still had rats out in the open.
