I have requested numerous times to have this resolved and they have never resolved it. I called again today and again they refuse to make a repair on an install that they performed 15 years ago. The gal in the office that set up the appointment was extremely professional and she was able to get the guys to come out within the week! Originally my wife and I expected a really basic 2X4 railing and quick ladder construction. Very simple design. Well Kevin had other ideas and we are really glad we listened. He knocked it out of the park and to say it exceeded our expectation would be an understatement. His work is quality. Not only will the kids enjoy it for years, but he added quality square footage which we'll definitely get a return should we sell. He is extremely communicative, very reliable, detailed oriented and most importantly does what he says he is going to do, when he says he is going to do it. That last part is extremely hard to find in any part of the construction industry in Flagstaff.

Today is April 16 the the garage door failed today on a Saturday and the best they can do is come on Tuesday. The door is not shut....I cannot open it. And I am beyond angry at this situation. The tech showed up on time and did a very good job installing the pet door and didn't leave a mess. The second job was the repair of a commercial door that was damaged as the result of an accident. At first Jim thought the entire hinge might have to be replaced but after they started on the repair they were able to fix it using the existing hinge which saved hundreds of dollars. I'm very impressed with the honesty and integrity Glassfixer showed - they could have easily proceeded with the more costly repair and I wouldn't have been the wiser.

Not only did the insurance company reimburse my entire roof less the deductible, but Albert upgraded it into a more modern long-lasting shingle at no additional cost to me.   Albert also coordinated with solar panels removal, cleaning and replacement. And coordinated with Solatube (which I love) installing 3, and his roofer installing 1 Velux sun tunnel skylight (which I definitely don't love because it probably gives 20% of the Solatube light.) I'm listing my home soon, grateful to have the value of a new roof and skylights making all the difference.  He's even going to drive my 26 foot U-Haul for me on the day that I have to move and that says a lot about his dedication to his customers.  I would only recommend using Arizona Sky Roofing every time....  When you call ask for Albert Bronson.  Or just call him at 602-809-7277.
