I will never recommend anybody to step foot at this dispensary. Honestly the most disgusting customer service. Ever they tried to scam. It was my first time and last shopping here. Thank God. I didn't buy nothing and I told him to keep the money they try to scam me by selling me something at full price and told me I was to get 25% off for my first time purchase and when he came to check out the brain wash me and told me that I cannot get a discount because I'm already getting discount and other stuff that I am paying full price. Lmfao total scam Honestly, I waited. Two hours in line for nothing. One worker behind the cashier. All the other ones are just goofing around and talking with other people. They don't even take customer service here and everything is over price, especially for a grand opening. They didn't have no good deals. It's a scam place. That's what it looks like. And that's what it's giving. And that's what gave me. And then when it asked to speak to a manager. Some ghetto lady came and try to tell me about Math lol. Looked at the menu. The prices are there. I stopped by to check out the new dispensary. Not a soul was in the shop. There was only one customer and only one staff member to help. Needless to say I asked the guy if there was anyone else working there. He said yes but they were in the back busy. It would seem that no one wanted to help me. So I left. Why bother. Let me ask you all a question. If you are running a business would you consider having employees? I mean no one was there. Unfortunately this left me with a bad taste in my mouth and I highly doubt that I shall ever return. There are many many other dispensaries in the city of Chicago where they actually have people working who actually care. If you are considering going to this particular shop here is my advice. I stopped by Guaranteed Dispensary and I was honestly so impressed. The space is beautiful, super clean, and really modern -- you can tell they put a lot of thought into the design. The staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I walked in. No rush, no pressure, just helpful people who actually care about giving good service. The whole check-in and checkout process was quick and smooth, and I loved how welcoming the atmosphere felt. It's also in a great location in Streeterville, really easy to get to if you're downtown. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had at a dispensary in Chicago. I'll be coming back for sure! read more

Might as well bring your own supply from home. Staff are rude and not knowledgeable on indoor vs outdoor strains. This is more like going to a McDonald's and ordering at the kiosk than your normal dispensary where you can smell the weed before you buy it. Pretty high prices for most things, some good deals at a rare occurrence with okay service at least. Be ready for long lines as the budtenders are very few and look geeked themselves. Can't lie the building does have a lot of selections and newer stuff for sure as it looks very modern. I bought a 1g disposable that honestly didn't feel like it was worth the whopping $60. Tasted like average distillate. Waited 30+ minutes for my pickup despite placing a the order an hour in advance. terrible dispensary! lots of weird, unethical practices when it comes to processing payments. idk how people say that there are good deals here; these are the highest prices i have ever seen in Chicago (and pretty sub-par quality)! i tried reaching out to them several times about an incorrect charge, and they never got back to me. neither of their listed phone numbers actually work (i called countless times). emailed too and never heard back. lots of their Google reviews are obviously fake or written by employees. also, i hate the big, ugly AI mural. what an eyesore to the neighborhood. read more
