I had such a great experience at this smoke shop. The selection is honestly one of the best I've seen--whether you're looking for glass, disposables, accessories, or something more specific, they have a huge variety and everything feels thoughtfully curated rather than random or cluttered. They even have a dedicated cigar room, which really elevates the whole place. It's well-maintained and stocked with a solid range of options, whether you're a casual smoker or more of a cigar enthusiast. On top of that, they carry kratom products, a wide selection of THC items, candles, incense, beautiful lighters and an impressive display of glass--everything from simple pieces to really unique, high-end bongs in all different styles and designs. What really stood out to me, though, was the customer service. The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and actually took the time to answer questions without making me feel rushed or upsold. You can tell they know their products and genuinely want to help you find what works best for you. Especially Hussy--who runs the store almost every single day. It cannot be overstated how hard he works and how kind and knowledgeable he is! He truly deserves a raise. On top of that, he is known locally as a neighborhood-therapist for all of the emotional support and guidance he gives to the customers. Whether you're going through a breakup, or dealing with something else, you can count on Hussy for emotional support. The shop itself is also incredibly clean and organized, which makes a big difference. Everything is easy to browse, well displayed, and not overwhelming like some other places can be. Overall, it's just a really solid spot--great products, great people, and a really comfortable shopping experience. I stop by here very often, and I look forward to my visits and my chats with Hussy. This place is brand new (just opened up yesterday) and they already have a returning customer right here. Huge selection of glassware that is well made and beautiful! The owner had cupcakes for customers to celebrate their grand opening and he gave us a full demonstration on how to smoke from the hookah we purchased! He gave us a free rolling tray with the one we bought and some packs of charcoal and tobacco. He was super friendly and truly seemed excited to help customers find a piece they loved. Wonderful experience at 12:30am! they were open by chance, had just what I needed. Awesome guys, chill, welcoming. The fact that they were the only smoke shop out of 4 other smoke shops, liquor stores etc I'd been to that day and had A cigarello Call C-Notes made by a company called Acid Was FANTASTIC.
