Sho is a great guy. Shop is a perfect spot especially in heart of Michigan ave. Great prices HIGHLY recommend Thanks again and see you soon! read more

I went here to find options for a nicotine free vape as a gift for my dad. The selection was pretty small for such a thing. I was pretty underwhelmed by how few options they actually had. I grabbed two of the smaller zero % vape options and quickly kept it moving. We'll how my dad likes them, I'm actively working to help him wean off his other vape. read more

Been here twice. after yesterday, I won't be back. The shop itself looks decent and has a fair selection, but the staff is clueless about their own products and the prices are ridiculous. Worse, they pretend like the prices are totally normal. They actually tried to sell me a $30 hookah for $80. On another visit, when I asked about buying individual parts, they insisted I had to purchase a full hookah because "hookah pieces don't work across different hookahs." Complete nonsense. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

quite a nice place, was in there for about 2 minutes, but I got two incense boxes Musk, and Dragons blood. Quite nice. The man working there was sweet! read more

Sho is a great guy and deserves the business. In a great location and decent options for what you're probably looking for. Prices are a little expensive but you're in the center of Michigan Ave ‍ Very nice store overall read more

I walked in for a $5 down slide. They tried selling me 1 down slide for $30! They kept sayings it's name brand. It's a small piece, you can buy 4 of them for $10 on Amazon. They have no prices on anything so watch out they will stereotype you and try to overcharge you. There are tons of smoke shops in the city. I would go somewhere else! read more

Has what you need. But the prices are somewhat out of control. They're quick to serve and the assortment is solid.

The best smoke shop ever! The owner treats you like family and is so nice. Has the best deals too! read more

Two stars for the cozy interior and atmosphere. That said. This owner seems to think that if they overcharge on all of their products that you'll be compelled to pay them since you're already in the store. But the thing is that if you're not in a hurry, there's another smoke shop a few blocks south on Ontario that will charge "normal human" prices for their stuff. Seriously, there's literally no reason to shop here considering how close their competition is, logistically read more

I'm all about service and honestly I don't go to many smoke shops although I do smoke cigars. I wanted to try something new. I never smoked hookah a day in my life but hey let's try it. Nick was extremely helpful and patient with helping decide what I should start off with even how to use my device. There was so much to see and learn. They have a cigar room with some of my favorites in there. They sell CBD products and incense. Just a lot of stuff! I bought a few things and once I finish my strawberry flavor I will go back and get a new flavor. Nice quaint spot with a whole bunch of product to chose from. Thanks! read more

This place is absolutely amazing. The clerks are the most friendly people I've ever met in a smoke shop. It's a cozy little spot packed with any product you can think of. I've been in the shop twice and they treat me like a regular. I just felt the need to pay their kindness forward and write them a review. I will definitely be going back. read more

Just moved in to the neighborhood and I am very happy to say , glad I found this place ! These guys have exactly what I need. It's hard to find good selection of e-cigarets and juices in the city . This great store has it all. Very nice service , convenient local and care for costumer needs . Would recommend to those who seeks good smoke shop! read more

This place is brand new (just opened up yesterday) and they already have a returning customer right here. Huge selection of glassware that is well made and beautiful! The owner had cupcakes for customers to celebrate their grand opening and he gave us a full demonstration on how to smoke from the hookah we purchased! He gave us a free rolling tray with the one we bought and some packs of charcoal and tobacco. He was super friendly and truly seemed excited to help customers find a piece they loved. Super cool dude and a beautiful shop. We will definitely be back! read more

Came here with my GF & a few friends looking to buy a new bong after ours was broken. They have a pretty decent selection of glass but the prices are astronomically expensive. The owner kept stating that the prices were because the pieces were from name brands, yet when we went up the road to American Vapor, the prices for the same piece and brand were 50% cheaper at the very minimum. It seems like ownership has purposely priced everything extremely high so that when they offer a $20 discount it seems like they are doing you a favor and giving you a good deal. DON'T BE FOOLED. Furthermore, while we were shopping a former employee stumbled in evidently extremely intoxicated, and proceeded to harass and bother our group while we were trying to make our selection. In the end, we ended up going a mile up the road to AMERICAN VAPOR and buying a bong that TROVE was selling for $279.99 while AMERICAN VAPOR sold it to use for $140 with an extra bowl and an extra stem. Overall I would steer clear of this place, they have overpriced products, no regard for customer care, and poor business practices. read more

Overpriced. Makes up prices as they go. Asked price for something told me price then rag it up different. Pretty much though I wasn't going to pay attention and tried to screw me. Bongs are wayyyy overpriced. Wanted 200 for a bing selling for 89 everywhere else. They seek out tourists and people who don't care. read more

Way overpriced. You can go 2 miles north and get Posh for $10 cheaper. Rip off pricing
