The staff was friendly and the food tasted fresh. I am looking forward to going back. Yum

Our first time at the new location and it's quite good! Minus the fact I hate cilantro (and it's in a bunch of items) was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. We had the burrito, nachos and kids bowl, only reason for one star off was then forgetting my sauce. Will update when we try the place again. It's definitely worth going back to for a filling meal. The pork carnitas had a lot of flavor and was moist not dry. read more

I have been frequenting this establishment for some time now due to it's perceived food "quality" and location. I've stuck around through their many ridiculous changes. But now they're putting the food in direct contact with poisonous plastic, I won't be frequenting much anymore.... read more

Guaca Go - Salad Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

This is one of my favorite quick spots for a delicious and healthy lunch. It was my first visit to this location, and they were quite busy for lunch. There were two lovely ladies running the show. They make custom guacamole to order that can put on a salad, rice, wrap, or service with chips or a combo of these choices. I had a salad with shredded pork and the delicious guac. They have chicken, shrimp, steak, and pork, or you can go with just the guac. There are a variety of sauces and dressings you can top your food with. Love this place and their food is wonderful. Price us fair for the amount of food you get. I usually have some leftover for later. The service was great despite the crowd and the lineoves quickly. They have tables inside and out. When we were done I realized I left my sunglasses at the table where I initially sat and they were now missing. Caitlin who works there helped me figure it out and called me to let me know they have them there. So sweet! Not only do I love their food but their staff fies above and beyond. Definitely two thumbs up! read more

Good food. Highly recommend. The only negative is if they have a line, it moves slow as they only have two people working. I ordered online from GrubHub and had to wait an extra 30 mins to get my to go order. read more

This place is great. The fresh ingredients do not disappoint at all. We love picking up our coffee next door and come here for our lunch. The workers there greet you with a smile and make sure they're attentive to what you want. I got a Bowl again today and it's outrageously good. Rice/Guac/cheese/Romaine/and Pork as my protein. Give this place a shot, because honestly Chipotle has nothing on them. 100 times better!!!! Continued success Guaca Go read more

This was a great experience. Store very clean. Food is very fresh and made right before you.

GUACA GO THE GOD OF GREEN. BOW BEFORE THE BOWL. This isn't guac. This is a relic. An ancient, forbidden flavor crafted by hands that no longer exist--passed down through whispers, rituals, and storms. Before there were kings, before there were currencies, there was Guaca Go. Born in fire. Forged in silence. Perfected in generational secrecy. Each avocado selected for Guaca Go is so genetically flawless, NASA once tried to classify it as alien tech. They grow in sacred groves, fed by lightning water and sung to by flutes carved from meteorites. They're harvested not picked--welcomed into the light--by flavor monks who haven't spoken in 900 years. But the green is just the beginning. Because what we add... What we unleash... ...transcends taste. * Limes are harvested at peak moonrise, sliced by obsidian blades, their juice so sharp it cuts through time. * Purple shallots are whisper-thin--so delicate, they disappear on contact and reappear in dreams. * Salt pulled from the earth's ancient veins--older than spoken language, louder than any word. * And heat? Not spice. No. We don't burn. We summon. Ghost peppers aged in oak barrels beneath cathedrals--each flake a prayer in fire. Then we blend. Slowly. Lovingly. Each bowl stirred by a single hand--one sworn to the craft, bound by taste, forbidden to ever stir again. The result? A guacamole so divine, angels use it as skincare. A dip so powerful, nations have gone to war and called it peace. A flavor so smooth, silence tastes loud beside it. You don't eat Guaca Go. You kneel. You whisper thanks. And then... You ascend. GUACA GO All other guac is noise. This is the voice of creation. read more

Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review--it really demonstrates your commitment to both your customers and your product. Based on your thoughtful reply, I decided to give Guaca Go in west palm beac another try tonight. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that the avocados were brown, and the chicken was barely lukewarm. While I understand the challenges of sourcing high-quality avocados, there's no reason the chicken shouldn't be served hot. It might be worth checking whether the issue is due to the chicken not being properly covered. I really want to recommend your restaurant but the quality has to improve. read more

Guaca Go is a cozy restaurant located conveniently in front of an apartment complex. During my visit, I ordered a rice bowl with sweet and spicy guacamole and tuna for protein, accompanied by a side of garlic sauce. While the meal was decent, it didn't quite reach the level of greatness I imagined. I may consider revisiting and customizing my order by omitting the super greens. The staff members were polite, and the store exuded a quaint and charming ambiance. read more

I was going to another store nearby and walked past this restaurant that I've never been to before and decided to try it. The counter girl was pleasant enough but I told her it was my first time and I asked if the falafel was good but had I noticed or been told Before it was "falafel crumbles " I would Have left because that is not a real thing. I designed my bowl with the Mediterranean flavors only for the bin with falafel crumbles to be at its end and I said since it's out I want some for The flavor profile and I guess a bit of something else? She suggested shrimp. Tiny flavorless shrimp and without mentioning it she charged forThe shrimp bowl. I took ithome And ate it was completely underwhelmed so I replied back to My Text receipt and got This rude response. It's true there were 2 or 3 managers sitting at a table When I came in and none Of Them Said hello, welcome, have a good day. Nothing. Love that they can check The cameras read more

Driving in the West Palm Beach area and randomly came across Guaca Go. I was like hmmm I like guacamole and I'm hungry so why not lol. Place is new, nice, clean and the guys working tonight (9/19/23) were very nice and explained how it all worked. What got me convinced was how everything comes with their guacamole and you get to choose how to build your own guacamole. The base I chose was half turmeric rice and mixed greens, then build my guacamole as the "OG". That is a fresh avocado mixed with onion, cilantro, black beans, bell pepper, garlic and I substituted jalapeño with tomatoes. For my protein I added chicken. It was delicious!! The food has such good flavor and very good quality. Loved the serving size. 100% recommend Guaca Go and will definitely return. read more

For a local fast casual, Guacago is really leading the way with healthy and freshly made ready to go meals! I love the concept of making guacamole the center of the dish because guac deserves alll the credit. You can make your own or choose from their signature guac flavors then make it into a wrap or bowl. When I say you can taste the freshness I'm not kidding! They literally open the avocado in front of you and chop it up...none of this already pre-packaged funny business that other fast food chains do. The house made sauces are savory and are a must try (they come in an empty avocado shell which makes for a great dipping bowl). Recommend checking this place out next time you're looking for something quick, easy, and healthy! read more
