Worked with Corks + Forks for a small (2 people) dinner to celebrate a milestone birthday. The whole process was professional and super accommodating! Working with Mel on the menu and details was super easy. She is very responsive and answered all my questions fully. The team was super accommodating with my food allergy. Since we are in covid times, we opted to have our meal delivered. The chef was super nice and explained what needed to go in the oven, refrigerator, and how to serve the dishes. Our dinner was a three course dinner with a dessert. All the dishes were beautifully placed in their containers, we didn't want to mess them up plating them! Our Thanksgiving event couldn't have gone any smoother. He stumbled onto Corks + Forks and hot damn, am I glad he did! Melanie and Cheffee were FANTASTIC to work with - very flexible with our timing each day, in and out like ninjas to set up/break down, and just downright pleasant every step of the way. And the food was DELICIOUS! We used them for lunch all 4 days that we were in the West Palm Beach area so we got to try their American, Middle Eastern, Mexican, and Italian offerings. We have had Chefee and his wife Melanie cater a few dinner parties for us as well as make daily and nightly meals for my husband who is handicapped in a wheelchair when I am traveling on business.
