We hosted a Book Launch party for 75 people at our clubhouse. We did a presentation with book readings the first hour, and Corks + Forks did a beautiful job with cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres the second hour. Mel worked with me and prepared a customized menu of offerings that could fit these specifications and was also delicious. Cheffee brought Michelin quality food to our table that offered a wide range of textures and flavors full of umami. My family members, who consider themselves foodies, were blown away. Worked with Corks + Forks for a small (2 people) dinner to celebrate a milestone birthday. The whole process was professional and super accommodating! Working with Mel on the menu and details was super easy. She is very responsive and answered all my questions fully. The team was super accommodating with my food allergy. Since we are in covid times, we opted to have our meal delivered. The chef was super nice and explained what needed to go in the oven, refrigerator, and how to serve the dishes. Our dinner was a three course dinner with a dessert. All the dishes were beautifully placed in their containers, we didn't want to mess them up plating them! When tasked with feeding a 25-person TV crew in a town I'd never been to, I asked someone back at the office to do a little digging online. He stumbled onto Corks + Forks and hot damn, am I glad he did! Melanie and Cheffee were FANTASTIC to work with - very flexible with our timing each day, in and out like ninjas to set up/break down, and just downright pleasant every step of the way. And the food was DELICIOUS! We used them for lunch all 4 days that we were in the West Palm Beach area so we got to try their American, Middle Eastern, Mexican, and Italian offerings. We had an incredibly tasty a thanksgiving dinner to go. The chef was busily working very hard the day before Thanksgiving and took time to package our order on the spot, WITH specific instructions on how to reheat it all. Chefee definitely lives up to his Michelin star rating. We have had Chefee and his wife Melanie cater a few dinner parties for us as well as make daily and nightly meals for my husband who is handicapped in a wheelchair when I am traveling on business.
