Ordered here the first time and couldn't have been more impressed. Our server (Leah I think) was absolutely wonderful. We ordered some apps...really loved the cocktail Weiner's and the dates wrapped in bacon...a charcuterie (complete with high end stuff like truffle cheese and good quality nicely sliced prosciutto....and sandwiches. All was amazing and fresh. Server left everything spotless will happily use again next time! read more

We hosted a Book Launch party for 75 people at our clubhouse. We did a presentation with book readings the first hour, and Corks + Forks did a beautiful job with cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres the second hour. Everything looked and tasted amazing, and the whole evening ran really smoothly. Melanie and her team were super friendly and easy to work with -- they even helped us pack up our own supplies after the party. We're so glad we chose them and would definitely work with them again! read more

Corks + Forks is an amazing catering service who went above and beyond my expectations. I hosted my family of 14 people, many who have a variety of food allergies including gluten, dairy, and shellfish. Mel worked with me and prepared a customized menu of offerings that could fit these specifications and was also delicious. Cheffee brought Michelin quality food to our table that offered a wide range of textures and flavors full of umami. My family members, who consider themselves foodies, were blown away. The table side serve was unobtrusive and detailed. Danny checked in with the guests and made sure everyone was comfortable and satisfied. My family is planning their next vacation in Jupiter and I have already checked in with Corks + Forks to book more catering. I cannot say enough good things about Corks + Forks. Don't hesitate to book and find out for yourself. read more

What an incredible birthday celebration! Corks + Forks Catering did an amazing job catering and serving my birthday dinner - a lovely sit-down dinner with Chateaubriand and Lobster Tail. From the cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres to the plated dinner and fabulous birthday cake, no detail was overlooked. Melanie worked with me to customize the menu and tablescape, while Cheffee brought Michelin-quality food directly from my kitchen to the beautiful table. Our guests were blown away by the delicious food and impeccable service! I cannot rave about Corks + Forks enough! We cannot wait to use them again! read more

Melanie and the staff were great to work with. They overdelivered on the service and all of our guests had a great time! In fact, all of our attendees asked for business cards. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. At the conclusion of the event, they did a remarkable job on the clean up. It didn't even look like we had a party! Thank you Corks + Forks! read more

Worked with Corks + Forks for a small (2 people) dinner to celebrate a milestone birthday. The whole process was professional and super accommodating! Working with Mel on the menu and details was super easy. She is very responsive and answered all my questions fully. The team was super accommodating with my food allergy. Since we are in covid times, we opted to have our meal delivered. The chef was super nice and explained what needed to go in the oven, refrigerator, and how to serve the dishes. Our dinner was a three course dinner with a dessert. All the dishes were beautifully placed in their containers, we didn't want to mess them up plating them! We had a salad, a shrimp dish, lamb and a key lime pie. All of the dishes were loaded with flavor and good size portions for two people. read more

Our Thanksgiving event couldn't have gone any smoother. From initially contacting Melanie to coordinate our Thanksgiving event, deciding on our menu selections and finalizing the logistics (tables, chairs, staff, etc) everything logistically went smooth as silk. The day of the event itself was perfect. Danny and Kristy were exceptional before, during and after service! The food quality was amazing (thank you Cheffee) and everything was served on time and as if it just came out of a fine dining restaurant! Special note, get the ham, best ever! When we first decided to host over 30 people at our home for Thanksgiving I had no idea how we were going to pull it off. But thanks to Melanie and everyone at Corks + Forks not only was it a success but many of our family and friends told us it was their best Thanksgiving ever. For me and my wife it was our most relaxing Thanksgiving ever! Thank you again to everyone at Corks + Forks, we now have you on speed dial for our future events! read more

When tasked with feeding a 25-person TV crew in a town I'd never been to, I asked someone back at the office to do a little digging online. He stumbled onto Corks + Forks and hot damn, am I glad he did! Melanie and Cheffee were FANTASTIC to work with - very flexible with our timing each day, in and out like ninjas to set up/break down, and just downright pleasant every step of the way. And the food was DELICIOUS! We used them for lunch all 4 days that we were in the West Palm Beach area so we got to try their American, Middle Eastern, Mexican, and Italian offerings. Several crew members went out of their way every single day to tell me how great the food was (and I'm still dreaming of the truffle mac and cheese!). If you're reading this, you're looking for a good caterer, so do yourself a favor and book these guys now. They're amazing and I can't wait to use them again the next time we come back! read more

We had an incredibly tasty a thanksgiving dinner to go. The chef was busily working very hard the day before Thanksgiving and took time to package our order on the spot, WITH specific instructions on how to reheat it all. It was delicious and supposedly only served 4 people. We had 5 people and ate sooo much and still had enough for another whole meal. We will definitely be using Corks and Forks again. I wish she could do my catering. I reached out to her via Yelp and she promptly told me she's unavailable that day due to another event she is catering. HOWEVER, she connected me with her competitor because she's good people. She sent an intro email and cc'd me and everything. I love working with these types of people. Thank you Mel ! read more

OMG. The best ever! I'm almost afraid to post this review. Why? Because people will read the review and discover how great these people can be. Then they will be overrun with business and we won't be able to use them again. LOL. Melanie and Michael catered our last-minute wedding. I cannot say enough good things about them. The food was fantastic, the service was above, beyond, and OVER THE TOP! If you are using a caterer now, drop them! Use Corks + Forks and you will never look back! read more

The power of reviews! I researched the Internet for a catering service that would provide a holiday themed meal for my in-laws whom are sheltered in place because of Covid. They were also recently going through a kitchen remodel and had no outlet for cooking a holiday meal for the two of them for Christmas. I noticed that corks and forks catering had five stars in every review with nothing but good remarks from their previous customers. I called them immediately and ordered Christmas dinner for my in-laws and they absolutely loved it. They were very prompt in their delivery and great to speak with over the phone. They were also very accommodating and provided plenty of time to discuss options and I did not feel rushed or pressured in any of my purchases. Definitely a pleasure to do business with and I highly recommend for any and all catering needs. read more

The name Cordon Bleu is the perfect fit for this catering business as they truly are the creme de la crème. For our wedding reception, Melanie and her staff at Cordon Bleu Catering had a gorgeous set up for us, and made sure that we felt completely taken care of by anticipating our every need. In addition, we so appreciated the time and care Melanie spent working with us before the event. As we were planning our North Palm Beach destination wedding long distance, Melanie made communication calm and effortless with us and with our Florida family who were hosting the reception. Chefee definitely lives up to his Michelin star rating. We have had Chefee and his wife Melanie cater a few dinner parties for us as well as make daily and nightly meals for my husband who is handicapped in a wheelchair when I am traveling on business. All my guests rave about the food, its presentation and the service. All 5 star. Very unique one of a kind dishes and he puts his own spin on the classics like Beef Bourguignon or Coq Au Vin so that they are better than anything you have ever tasted in your life! His soups are to die for and his chocolate mousse is a food orgasm! He makes everything from scratch including his dressings, sauces, and condiments using ingredients you'd never think of. Melanie is a gifted sommelier so she compliments his dishes with the most exquisite wines. They are lovely people too and a pleasure to have in my home and serving my family and guests. I highly recommend Corks & Forks for your next private or family gathering. read more
