I've been in North Palm Beach for seven years and been to many catered events that have all been good but so typical and predictable. Chef Kenny on the other hand picked a menu for 15 families of the Benjamin High School tennis team's annual party. Chef Kenny set up everything three hours prior to 6:30 dinner with no complications and everything ran beautifully. He was told about 40 people would come but we had over 50 and everyone, teens, kids and adults all well satisfied. Simple fresh healthy ingredients made up salads, little dumplings that must have been tasty because they all disappeared before I tried one! Other appetizers all delicious and well received. Soft tacos were Chef Kenny's pick for entrees that seemed a little risky to me, but he knows what works in these large outdoor settings. Luscious fish (didn't ask for species but was moist fresh flaky Grouper-like), chicken and other meats were ingredient choices for his "gourmet tacos". Sides of cheese, salsa, exceptional roasted red peppers and cooked onion were over the top and so simple and easy for everyone to take what they wanted served the way each liked. I never heard so many compliments for such simple fare that was so perfectly prepared and served. Largoasted potatoes were another simple food prepared and spiced to perfection by our culinary institute trained chef. Chef Kenny is best kept secret in South Florida in my opinion for such events, pricing was very fair, outdoor set-up, clean-up and break-down was efficient and well coordinated and didn't interfere with festivities. I don't know who recommended him to my wife, but I know who to call next time I'm having a little party and don't want any headaches worrying about the food not being great.

Hired Wendy for a fine-dining, multi-celebration dinner for a small group of friends at Lake Anna…read moreover the summer. Started corresponding with her about 2 months prior to reserve the date and create the meal. We challenged her with very strict dietary needs. She curated and delivered a menu worthy of the finest restaurants in any major city. Wendy arrived on time, prepared and laid out appetizers/crudites, and when ready, without rushing us, served our first course. While we enjoyed the amazing fresh salad, she grilled our entrees and served a surf & turf dinner with grilled vegetables and a sweet potato roasted mash. We enjoyed the meal family style, and there was plenty of food including leftovers for the next day. There's always room for dessert and Wendy made a light key lime pie that capped the meal beautifully. Wendy plated, served and cleared the meal. We were surprised and happy that by the time our meal was over, she had washed the dishes and cleaned the kitchen completely. Highly recommend Chef Wendy--easy to work with and so personal. You won't regret it!

Nick spent so much time brainstorming menu options with me on the phone to make sure every detail would be exactly what I was envisioning - all of my husband's favorite foods. My husband said it was the best meal and dining experience of his entire life, and we've eaten at some of the world's top-rated restaurants. We started with custom cocktails that were sooo delicious and balanced. Then for apps we had prosicutto-wrapped mozzerella, baked to crispy perfection with chili oil, roasted red peppers and basil + the best caesar salad I've ever had topped with applewood bacon.
