I was under the impression they only sold to go packaged meals. However, they serve a wide variety of hot food as well to include CYO bowls and wraps. They also create and sell protein shakes and smoothies. The to go cases are nicely organized and feature an assortment of packaged frozen meals to include low carb, beef, chicken, vegetarian, and vegan. I was chatting with my boss the following day who mentioned he dined there in the past. He's a big fan and recommends the bison burger. Jarred (I apologize if I spelled his name incorrectly) was great! He greeted me the moment I walked in the door and schooled me on the various meal options. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and gave me his recommendations. I left with 4 meals and I've enjoyed two to date: the buffalo chicken mac and cheese and the cowboy shepherds pie. The buffalo creation had a generous amount of white tender chicken breast but could've benefited from some more flavor. It was good but again, could afford some more spices. On the contrary, the cowboy creation was epic! It was robust with flavor and also had a generous amount of meat. I'm looking forward to trying the other two meals in the week ahead. I'll definitely return for some pre packaged meals but also look forward to trying a wrap or protein shake on my next visit. We only tried their fresh options…read more It's not entirely clear what they mean by "clean" According to their website they're not organic and being all-natural or utilizing grass-fed meat would be cost prohibitive. They also serve their hot food in/with black plastic bowls & utensils. Would be great if they could use a "cleaner" choice. It was also not entirely clear which menu items were gluten/soy/sugar/nut free etc. Always appreciate when restaurants marketing themselves as healthier make note of this sort of thing on their menus. Thankfully the cashier was helpful and informed. All that said their food was surprisingly tasty (though the sauces we got were a bit sweet for us). Food here tends to be simple. Steamed zucchini, spinach and carrots (as another Yelper pointed out- looked right out of the bag). The biggest surprise was the turkey burnt ends. Really tasty and a great option for anyone avoiding red meat. Price for bowls comparable to other similar concepts like Bolay or Vale but not as many veggie choices. They also sell burgers, sandwiches etc. Easy parking in the lot.

Rarely have I been to catered affairs that produce 5-star experiences, but Chef Kenny shined last…read morenight at the first party I've ever had at my Florida home. I've been in North Palm Beach for seven years and been to many catered events that have all been good but so typical and predictable. Chef Kenny on the other hand picked a menu for 15 families of the Benjamin High School tennis team's annual party. Chef Kenny set up everything three hours prior to 6:30 dinner with no complications and everything ran beautifully. He was told about 40 people would come but we had over 50 and everyone, teens, kids and adults all well satisfied. Simple fresh healthy ingredients made up salads, little dumplings that must have been tasty because they all disappeared before I tried one! Other appetizers all delicious and well received. Soft tacos were Chef Kenny's pick for entrees that seemed a little risky to me, but he knows what works in these large outdoor settings. Luscious fish (didn't ask for species but was moist fresh flaky Grouper-like), chicken and other meats were ingredient choices for his "gourmet tacos". Sides of cheese, salsa, exceptional roasted red peppers and cooked onion were over the top and so simple and easy for everyone to take what they wanted served the way each liked. I never heard so many compliments for such simple fare that was so perfectly prepared and served. Largoasted potatoes were another simple food prepared and spiced to perfection by our culinary institute trained chef. Chef Kenny is best kept secret in South Florida in my opinion for such events, pricing was very fair, outdoor set-up, clean-up and break-down was efficient and well coordinated and didn't interfere with festivities. I don't know who recommended him to my wife, but I know who to call next time I'm having a little party and don't want any headaches worrying about the food not being great.

Delightful Kitchen is in the same place that Brewetarian was before they moved in case that helps anyone with the location. Anyways, on to the review. Once entering the restaurant there is the counter for coffee and juices as well as some pastries (more about those later). There is also a couple of coolers that have some pre made food and drinks. Then you have the dine in area which is decorated in nice soothing colors with comfortable seating. We were quickly seated and given some menus and offered some blackberry infused water. Um, yes please! It was as tasty as it sounds and offered a nice little boost to just some water with perhaps a lemon wedge. Hot Wife and I appreciated that when the water came out it did not come out with straws! Finally someone gets it! Single use straws are so wasteful. Bravo on that detail. Hot Wife ordered the vegan black bean burger (it doesn't denote specifically for the black bean burger that is is vegan, but after asking it was indeed. There are a lot of offerings that have vegan in the description but we weren't quite sure. Just ask) which she liked but it was kind of squishy and wasn't too warm. While good, it wasn't amazing. Hot wife wished that it had been more generous with the avocado topping. I ordered the Spanish rice bowl, which came with avocado, jalapeno, mixed greens, corn, peppers and onions with some white rice and lime cilantro dressing. Everything was fresh and delicious, though I thought maybe the rice would be more (Spanish) i.e. dirty, red, something like that, but it was delicious. Also a decent sized portion. The service was quick and efficient which usually isn't a descriptor for restaurant service in my vocabulary. As first time diners it would have been nice to ask some more questions of (I think the owner who served us) our server as we were curious about the place. But it was more get the job done, serve the food, and follow up which was fine. No banter. Hot Wife noted that while we were there two potential customers came in, were not greeted, they left after a minute or so of lingering at the front counter to go elsewhere. The door dings when people come in. We like seeing nice little restaurants like this one come to our area, but to thrive they need to up the hospitality game and make customers feel more welcome. We looked at some other dishes that others had ordered and everything looked amazingly fresh and delicious. On our way out we got some deserts, specifically a Blondie, and a Brownie which both are amazingly good. I particularly like the Blondie, rich, flavorful and little bits of chocolate. So good. Hot Wife remarked the Brownie was "so dense and fudgy" which at first I thought she was talking about me........but no, the Brownie and I agree! We will be back to try some more offerings.

Carlos was our chef on the day of the party. He was a true chef! He was organized, on point with the set up and the performance of putting on a show as he cooked this masterpiece of a Paella.
