The speed in which they replied to email, calls and texts was amazing. I can't remember the last time I received such fast responses. We were initially working with our original lender to refinance, but reached out to Steve on the advice of our Realtor. Steve made sure I understood the process, and took the time to explain that although our previous lender was offering a "flashy" rate, it really wasn't as great as it appeared. After we started the refinancing process, Amanda was just as responsive, keeping us informed at every stage of the process and answering all of our questions. I'd recommend Team Stapleton to anyone who is new to the refinancing process, you won't be disappointed!
