I tell them I'm going to leave a 1-star review and Jordan tells me he's going to leave ME a 1-star review (which is pretty shocking since I'm not a business) and he threatened me with an attorney if I left a bad review.

Started the phone call, verified my information, and she ran a hard inquiry on my credit without telling me she would. I only found out because my phone lit up with my credit monitoring system letting me know they detected a new hard inquiry. When I asked if it was a hard inquiry, Tara simply replied it was a "regular" inquiry, clearly trying to move past it. I pushed again, and she admitted it was a hard inquiry. Orlicki Group is truly unprofessional and does not demonstrate transparency or care with their clients. A simple, "I'm going to run your credit now, is that okay?" before running a hard inquiry, is not difficult to do. Especially when the client has demonstrated in writing that they would like to discuss if a hard inquiry is necessary. Instead, I was lied to and deceived. Truly a terrible experience, would not recommend.
