Jordan is a one of the true professionals we have in our entire industry. As a colleague, I know the difference between a regular Loan Officer and a Marketing pro with great product and a commitment to his clients and business partners with fast closings. You'll enjoy his calm demeanor in what can be on of the most stressful events in ones life...getting a mortgage. Feel comfortable that when working with Jordan, you are truly working with the best. read more

Terrible. Hires dishonest appraisers that deflate your property's value. When you prove this to them even with a recorded call of the appraiser admitting to you they did not inspect your property thoroughly this agency still stops communicating twith you. Truly unfortunate and they forced me to pay $500 for proven lies that ruined my chance at refinancing the property. read more

Here is my story. I am seeking a condo or home to buy for personal reasons and somehow, I had no choice but to utilize Jordan on a piece of property I was interested in. You do not directly deal with Jordan at all. I was called by several different people and then placed on hold to transfer to other people. Bad feeling! Jordan never answered my text messages, and I was left dealing with some weird people. James called me tonight and said he had good news and bad news. Good news- my credit score was great. Bad news- there is a fraud alert on my credit reports. Yeah, no kidding James! My ex opened lines of credit in my name in the past, so I now have a fraud alert to protect me. This guy James, who sounds creepy, asked me to call the credit Bureaus and get them to allow Jordan and his people to gain access to my report. My friend Katrina is a realtor, and she said that was odd and so did my Attorney tonight. When a vendor or company gains permission to look into someone's credit and there is a fraud alert, they are supposed to provide the phone # for that fraud alert. This allows the credit agency to determine and verify my identity. it's called protecting my credit! I already had a long conversation about this previously, but they ignored my message. This clown asked me to skip all that for him! Sorry guys, but this is a mess and I chose to look elsewhere for help on a new home. Never again and be careful! This place was not professional; they seemed pushy and did not garner a good feeling here. I manage a large business, and I am a best-selling author on Amazon, so I plan to spread the word! read more

RUN, don't walk from this company. Didn't close on time. "14 Days to Close" is just a marketing term. Couldn't close mine in 20 days. Worst lender I've ever worked with. Worst communication from a lender I've ever experienced. Didn't answer or respond to over 40 calls, emails, or texts over the course of the week leading up to closing. Crickets from them. When we missed closing deadline, I fired them and closed on the property with cash. Suddenly Jordan and his team starts to call me back when they know they're losing business. Also, it was all from different phone numbers than they had on their website and on their cell phones from the entire process. I tell them I'm going to leave a 1-star review and Jordan tells me he's going to leave ME a 1-star review (which is pretty shocking since I'm not a business) and he threatened me with an attorney if I left a bad review. read more

I was placed into a group chat with several people I had never communicated with. Jordan and another member of his team texted in the chat that I should not be purchasing a new build, that it won't even have light fixtures or ceiling fans, and other negative remarks. Very rude and unprofessional read more

I tried working with Jordan and his team but it felt as if I was bothering him whenever I would call. He kept pushing me to use one of his approved real estate agents who was also very unprofessional. The approved Agent sent one of his assistants to an open house to meet my in law's and they decided the house was not in good condition so they left. The Agent made it seem as if he was the one that drove (not his assistant) and then told Jordan that we stood him up even though he didn't even show up to the viewing. We were given the cold shoulder ever since and it convinced us to buy new construction. Best decision we made to avoid PRMG. read more

sent my personal information then they said broker left the company and no one followed up with me at all. stay away from this agent and company! very poor communication. read more

Im putting my trust into Mr Vreeland and associates to deliver me a home as promised with as little stress as possible.

Super helpful ! Representative Benjamin was great to speak with, very thorough and super knowledgeable. He reached out moments that I put in a request to hear from someone which was great ! Highly recommend:) read more

Jordan gave me a preapproval and later told me he "played a trick" to buy time for us to work on the actual approval. When he was unable to obtain the loan commitment, he blamed me instead. He is a salesman. He constantly talks about his ratings and years of experience instead of focusing on getting the loan approved. I'm not upset he couldn't get the approval but upset at the way he handled it in the end and blamed me, called me unethical and other insults instead of being straightforward with answers. He also sent me emails signed off by himself and my agent (using her name and photo), without her permission/authorization and when confronted about it, couched it as "doing her a favor". RESPONSE: The agent he now says was "great on the deal" he badmouthed before and even went so far as to pull her sales history and tell me that she has very little experience, has sold very few homes, doesn't know what she is doing, and is getting kickbacks from another mortgage company that she was pushing on me. read more

Jordan and his team were incredibly professional and helpful throughout the entire process of obtaining a mortgage loan through the close. I highly recommend them to anybody house hunting in the greater Tampa Bay area! read more

When My fiancé and I bought our home back in august it was such an emotional roller coaster. At one point I saw no way of getting the "clear to close" indication from the underwriter. But just in the nick of time Cara Vreeland really pushed through for us and we bought our very first house while in a horrific pandemic. It was not easy at all but the team at prmg really stayed with us and saw us through to the finish line. Our realtor Arsham was very patient and saw to it that we saw the houses that not only suited our needs but also our budget. He also worked out where we got I believe 8000$ in seller credits and he put up some of his own commission just to get us where we needed to be. Jason and Jordan at prmg always got back to us in a timely fashion and answered every question we had. As first time homebuyers we really did not know what to expect. But when it was all said and done we got a great interest rate and monthly payments that worked best for us. I can not thank Cara enough for pulling a rabbit out of her hat a the last minute to help us close the deal. Btw our credit was not perfect or anywhere close and they really worked with us to ensure that we would be homeowners, and we are ! So thank you to the prmg staff and our realtor Arsham you guys were great! read more

Jordan Vreeland - Mortgage Brokers Near Me - Tampa, Florida

I chose Jordan based on the amazing Yelp reviews. Unfortunately, I think they must be faked because Jordan is the worst mortgage broker I have ever worked with. Jordan's team follows the classic over promise and under deliver. If you have 8 weeks to wait and close, call him, otherwise there are tons of other Brokers out there willing to provide excellent customer service. Below is a timeline from my experience. Wed May 3: Jordan receives all of the requested paperwork. Tues May 9: My family leaves on vacation. Wed May 10: Jordan emails that he is missing some paperwork. Wed May 11: Email Autoresponder sends him email that I am out of the office till May 17. Wed May 17: I call Jordan and he advises my application has been on hold due to some missing paperwork. He doesn't know what paperwork and he will have his assistant call me. Wed May 17: His assistant calls and advises it was a mistake, they actually do have all the paperwork and they will process immediately. Friday May 19: I email to check the status. "They are working on it." Wed May 24: I email to check status. "They are working on it." Wed May 24: I advise if they can't get me the estimate by Friday I'm going with another Broker. Friday May 26 5pm: We get the estimate esign all of the documents and wait for an appraisal date. Monday May 29: It is Memorial Day. I email to follow up on our appraisal date. The assistant advises he is working on it but 2 weeks is the soonest they can get here. He will keep trying to get an earlier date. Friday June 2: Appraisal is scheduled for Thurs June 8. Thurs June 8: Appraiser visits house Monday June 12: I email asking about appraisal Tues June 13: I receive appraisal via email. Tues June 13: I email Jordan with questions including a close date. Tues June 13: While reading the paper I see the Fed has raised interest rates. WHAT! Wed June 14: I email Jordan, "when can we close?" Friday June 16, 9am: I email Jordan, "Jordan, I sent you all of our documentation on May 3rd, what is taking so long? Patricia" Friday June 16, 1pm: Jordan's response "Hey Patricia- We have been calling and emailing you but have not received much contact back. Scott (senior processor) reached out to you yesterday and never heard back. We get responses like this out of the blue. We are doing everything we can to close but need to work as a team. Thanks, Jordan" Friday June 16, 2pm: WHAT! Friday June 16, 2:15pm: I call another mortgage broker Sat June 17, 7am: A new loan estimate from my new Broker has arrived. Sat June 17, 8:27am: I visit website and esign loan estimate. Sat June 17, 9:28am: I receive email from new mortgage broker that she has made the appraisal request and should have a response on Monday. YAY! read more

I believe that is the worst lender to go with unless you want to lose time and money. Jordan was completely unprofessional towards me and my realtor. My experience with him is similar if not the same as fellow yelper Patricia, so I believe it is safe to say that 3 years since her review not much has changed to improve the quality of service and/or promise to close. read more

After having the application rejected by two lenders we realized that we were not exactly ideal candidates for a home loan at the time. Well, probably foreign capital gains, as a primary source of income, didn't make the loan application straightforward in the eyes of some underwriters. We contacted more banks and brokers. One lender just laughed, two said they consulted their underwriters and received negative opinion and some never even responded. Then we found Jordan and it all changed. We sent an application request, and in seconds we received call from his office. Next day we were meeting with Jordan and his team. From the beginning, Jordan impressed us with both his transparency, and his knowledge of the field. Whole process was simple. Everyone was available on the phone or email and responded to us within minutes! Seller's addendum to extend was soon to expire, we were under time pressure. Guess what? We closed ahead of schedule! Never ever seen anything like this before, working with other highly professional mortgage lenders! Jordan is the absolute best ever! He is on top of everything! Thanks so much Jordan, Jason, Shep, Scott and everyone at PRMG Ybor City!!! read more

I've referred multiple people to Jordan and his staff and have always gotten nothing but positive feedback. From their round-the-clock friendly assistance ensuring rapid closing to their attention to detail in helping their clients to secure the best possible loan for them, I wouldn't hesitate to refer future clients and friends to this team. If you're looking for top of the line professionals to provide superior expertise and service, look no further! read more

PRMG has streamlined the mortgage process as much as possible. And while it doesn't necessarily make the process easy, it did help a lot. All staff at PRMG are friendly and available practically any time you need them. read more

The professionalism and speed of everyone on his staff was greatly appreciated. Between emails at random hours to helping us maximize the seller's credit, Jordan's team was there for us throughout the process. While at times we felt a little rushed, after going through the process there was no way we could have closed this quickly with a traditional bank. Really appreciate all their help and guidance, and will definitely refer a friend. read more

I can't say enough about the great service I received. I've bought homes in several states and had many experiences and I must say that Jordan and his team were fantastic to work with. The best lending experience I have ever had! Highly recommend this company. read more

I was very disappointed with my experience with PRMG. I wasn't told the interest rate until just before closing. Closing costs ended up being about $1,000 higher than the final estimate I was given, which caused problems at closing. Then my loan was sold or transferred to another company within a month. I have refinanced with that firm at a much better rate, and I was told the rate up front. read more

Fantastic response time. He was in touch with me within minutes.I would definitely reach out to him again if needed

You have lenders that WANT to help people buy their first home and then you have some lenders who will do everything possible to not make their dream come true. That is not the case with Jordan and his team!!! From the first time of me calling and someone answering my call after 7pm at night to the fast process of getting pre-approved. I read many reviews of Jordan's work and I was so confident that he was going to get us to the finish line. After going thru the home buying process twice before, we were so scared and skeptical that things were not going to work. Kevin Hawkins is AMAZING!!! He communicated with us every step of the way and answered any questions that we may have had. And Scott Hammond was just as AMAZING as Kevin Hawkins. Even sometimes when we would ask the same question over and over, they both would just answer the question with no problem. Going into settlement we was a nervous wreck because we didn't know what to expect and we had heard horror stories of what has happened to other people. When I say settlement was the smoothest process ever!!! I am not even lying!!! All we had to do was sign our papers, get our keys and we were out the door in less than 30 minutes. I have told soooo many people about Jordan Vreeland and his team that my Aunt and Uncle just got pre-approved on Sunday (Easter). That's customer service at its best! No matter the time of day or holiday, Jordan is always available! Love it!!!!!! We are forever grateful for everything Jordan and his has done for us, and now as I write this review I am sitting in my new home smiling thinking Jordan made this all possible. Thank you PRMG Family!!!!! #forevercustomer read more
