I'd like to share my experience with a garage door company. Initially, I was happy with the owner and the reasonable prices, but things took a turn after installation. The door had a blinking light that indicated a misalignment, and I was never informed about my warranty with him and Chamberlain. Over the next few weeks, I faced recurring issues, and a technician discovered that the wires to the motor had been cut, which was disappointing. I had to pay for rewiring, but the door worked afterward. When I asked the owner why the wires were cut, he reacted angrily and blamed me for not contacting him sooner. A month later, the sensor started flashing again, and after I reached out about the warranty, he suggested an adjustment that worked. However, he then accused me of threatening him over the wire issue, which was shocking, especially since I'm deaf. His aggressive messages were alarming, and I felt uncomfortable. I had planned to refer my sister to him for a new garage door, but I no longer feel comfortable doing so.
