Chris went above and beyond by taking care of extra details I hadn't even requested. Truly top-notch craftsmanship and professionalism. To top it off, Chris even sent me home with some towels and a refillable ceramic wax spray to help keep it looking pristine. And also because Chris runs a one-man operation, his rates are reasonably priced. His attention to detail, pride in his work, and genuine customer care are rare to find which is very impressive. They were able to squeeze me in, showed up and was able to detail my car in my primo parking on the street in front of my conplex so I didn't lose my parking spot. They made my car sparkle and didn't try to take my money for the extra exterior wash when it was going to rain on Saturday. Really such a good value to have these 2 magicians show up at your home, bring all their own equipment including water so if you don't have access to a hose, THATS OK, THEY GOT YOU! And detail your car while on work meetings, you can't ask for more. Scheduled through Yelp Communicated via text until arrival I cleared everything out of the car so they could detail properly Did my work meetings, and in an hour they were giving me a tour of what they did! Paid via tap and pay with my card (venmo, seller, cash, cards) and badabing they were off! Will be calling these guys again when I am in need of a good wash and interior detail. Thanks guys!

ABSOLUTELY NEVER BOOK WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY…read more THEY LEFT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB WITHOUT SPEAKING TO ME AND LEFT MY JEEP IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET, UNLOCKED, WITH THE KEYS IN IT WHERE IT COULD HAVE BEEN HIT OR STOLEN! Things started out great, they responded quickly with a fair price and took a same day appointment. When they got to my place they were friendly and got right to work washing the exterior of my Jeep. They asked my about 10-15 into the job if they could plug into my power because it would be quieter for my neighbors if they didn't have to run their generator. That was fine and I appreciated them asking first. 30-40 min into job I get a text saying their steamer wasn't working. Not "hey we have to stop" or "hey we are going to leave." I didn't see this until 10 min after it was sent but when I did see it I went out to talk them and they were just packed up and gone. I understand things happen and honestly wasn't upset and would have just rescheduled... but no one there to talk to at which point I was FURIOUS. Not upset they couldn't finish the job, furious they thought it's ok to abandon my vehicle with no communication. I text them immediately asking why they left and why they thought it was ok to leave the Jeep in the middle of the road open with the keys in it where it could have been stolen or hit by a neighbor trying to get around it. They claim they knocked on the door but that's nonsense. I was sitting 15 feet from it with two large dogs that go nuts at the sound of a strong breeze let alone a knock at the door. I have a door bell, it wasn't rung. There was no phone call. One vague text saying a streamer wasn't working which was only one part of the overall job. They literally just said the hell with it and left. I started texting them immediately asking them how they could just abandon a vehicle like that with no communication and they just kept giving childish idiotic answers and tried to throw it back on me. There is no way for them to justify that. Unprofessional and lack of concern for your vehicle is an understatement.
