The receptionists I will say are very accommodating and understanding. I went back and forth with them to get a call time with ryan because we don't live close had to reschedule a few times which was unfortunate. Once I did have my phone call appointment with Ryan he never called and I had to call them. Never got to speak to ryan directly only the receptionist who said he never received my email ( highly doubtful). After that she told me that ryan all of sudden isn't able to my taxes anymore after I already had an extension. We drive 1.5 hours to his office because even though documents are scanned and preloaded into a secure portal/digital vault, Tom still works with hard copy paper and wet signatures. Then we waited an additional HOUR after our appointment before meeting with Tom. Tom has no pleasant customer service, is not happy to see his clients, and is visibly bothered with questions to the point of questioning my intelligence when wanting to confirm the final what's what of the scenarios we discussed. He said several times he had people waiting and if we had so many questions we should have come in February. I informed him my husband tried to make an appointment several times and did not get a response back. Tom said absolutely not, and my husband verified what I said was correct. This old cranky man has no respect for customers, has no desire to help families with tax information. He should just close the doors and retire already if he's this unhappy with his work. Ladies, be warned he will talk down to you in a way that is not acceptable and not warranted. I walked out for my husband to finish up because my blood was boiling and I needed to say some prayers. We asked the staff not to process the filing and to refund our fees. The staff understood and complied without question as if this wasn't a first time occurrence. We work hard for our money.
