The smell was herbaceous and woody, but not as pungent as classic botanicas that can overwhelm you with scents of patchouli and incense. We were greeted by Sid and Ziggy, both of whom were laid-back but ready to help at any time. They also gave the shop some down-to-earth vibes which is great when you're a bit more pragmatic like me. We explained to them the one to eight problems we each had and they directed us to teas, herbs, tinctures, and even smokable blends (not my scene but helpful). It was heaven! I left with the Sinus Formula Tea and Golden Tonic. The tea is smooth, round, & tasty, and has been keeping my sinus headaches at bay. I haven't used the tonic as much but every time I add it to my water, my body goes into flush-mode which is great for my body aches and overall gut health.
