They were back there whispering for several minutes to get stories straight and telling the other guy who comes out what to say. The place is immoral and shady built into the core. UPDATE 12/01/2022: They still refuse to apologize for saying myself, my wife and the items I brought in smelled like a dirty litter box. I took my high end headphones to a resell shop in Cary. I mentioned the story to them and they said the items nor you smell like a dirty litter box. So another trade it lie what a shock. In fact the business I took the headphones to was thrilled to see high end headphones and asked to buy the rest of my vintage headphones. Another business wouldn't offer to buy more if we stunk. I used their registry for my wedding in 1997, and their Egyptian cotton towels look as beautiful as they did when I got them. Target's clothing is stylish and affordable. You can get the same looks you see in Elle, Marie Claire and Vogue without the designer price tags. Their maternity wear is especially pretty and practical. When I was pregnant all the maternity-wear stores had deep vee neck tops and capri pants, with their only "work safe" garments in ugly prints and cheap, baggy fabrics. I came to Target and found fashion-forward pieces that were career-appropriate and didn't make me look like a fat, tacky frump. Target's cosmetics department has all the brands you'll see at drugstores and Ulta at competitive prices. Same for the fragrances; you'll find your fave celebrity name brand. Appliances? Get your Kitchenaid here. The cookware is good quality and lasts. Target is one-stop shopping for all your needs. Forget the mall - head for the red!

So imagine my suprise at the first thing I see is a man being yelled at by worker for having to grab change out of his car. The worker then accosted him "hurry up " hurry up" we closed ten minutss ago which was a lie. And i didn't even get seen for my problem not even asked what it was. I asked about buying a new phone they made something up about systems being down and told me to get out woth the same warm greeting they gave the man before me. This was a sorry excuse for customer service the was nothing helpful not understanding about the two workers here. This is a terrible Spectrum location amd sorry for those in the future like me who will have the sour luck of this being the first moblie Spectrum that have an experience with.

This is more of a review on an individual than a store itself. They have a female cell rep there…read moreby the name of Mellisa. This young lady happened to be the rep that was going to assist me today if that's what you wanna call her doing. I had added two more additional lines to my account a week ago and was informed by Verizon customer service to take my old phones into the store and ask them to do a change of promotion form on my account where I would get additional money for the trade-ins of my two old phones. I explained to her what was going on six different times. She didn't understand what was needed to be done. Another gentleman walked over to assist her. She explained to him what she thought was going on. He looked at me and said is this correct? I said let me correct everything that was just said and she makes a sigh noise and rolled her eyes. I looked directly at her and said do you and I have a problem. At which point she said whatever. I'm sat back in her chair. I looked at the gentleman that walked over to help her and he said nothing to correct the situation in which we were in at this point. I picked up my two trade-in phones told both of them not to worry about it. I've done nothing but brag about how great customer service is with Verizon and they have completely ruined my experience with the company. And that I would be most likely canceling my account with Verizon and going to another carrier after six years of service with them on one account. And 26 years on my other account of consistent service. The sad part is I've been in the store several times and had nothing but exceptional customer service out of other team members. However, this one team member and her actions are not only gonna prevent me from ever returning to this store, but most likely cost Verizon company a customer that has been consistent with them on one account for 26 years and the other account for six.
