I got a nice fair price for them but decided that some of the coins I had I just didn't want to sell so they took a list of what I had and I put all back in my bag. He came back out with a good price for the ones I was selling so I just gave him the whole bag, not remembering that the ones I didn't want to sell were still in the bag I gave him. I didn't realize this until I got home and by then it was too late to go back so I had to wait until Monday to go back. (By the way I forgot to get a receipt). Well when I went back on Monday and told him that I left the coins that I wasn't selling in the same bag, he asked me when did I come in and I said Friday. He said let me check and I was getting a little worried because I had no receipt and had never been in the store before. He came back out and asked is this them and I said yes. Thank you for being an honest business; it is so rare in the times we are living in. I would HIGHLY recommend this place of business and definitely attest to their honesty. If you don't agree with what the buyer says they go ok lets get a 2nd opinion they then go in the back for a good few minutes then another employee comes out and they act like they are gonna give you a fair shake...they dont. They were back there whispering for several minutes to get stories straight and telling the other guy who comes out what to say. The place is immoral and shady built into the core. UPDATE 12/01/2022: They still refuse to apologize for saying myself, my wife and the items I brought in smelled like a dirty litter box. I took my high end headphones to a resell shop in Cary. I mentioned the story to them and they said the items nor you smell like a dirty litter box. So another trade it lie what a shock. In fact the business I took the headphones to was thrilled to see high end headphones and asked to buy the rest of my vintage headphones. Another business wouldn't offer to buy more if we stunk. I'll be reporting to bbb at minimum. They pulled this "tactic" in the buy area that was full of people. My wife was in tears in the car. They could have simply said not interested or we don't want to do business with you.

A few years ago, I went in with my dad when he was looking for a gun and I peeled off from him and spent some time in their jewelry shop within the store. They have a great selection of vintage and newer jewelry, and again reasonable prices and helpful, friendly staff. My sisters and I now stop in whenever we are in Rocky Mount. I've personally purchased 3 rings here and I love them all. I should mention that neither I nor my family have ever pawned anything here (so I'm not sure on that process), but buying here is awesome!
