He listened really well to the measurements and my situation. He explained my options and helped me figure out which way to go based in my situation. He sent me a couple of well written bids. We discussed the bids and I placed and order based on his knowledgable recommendations. I am from out of town and because of recent and anticipated rain when I was intending to pick this door up in my pick up truck. Chris agreed to have the door delivered to my brothers home, in the Mission Hills area of Lompoc. Since I wasn't there he had his delivery guy, place the door in the backyard beneath a covered patio until I could arrive and bring it inside. It is rare in my experience to have such a high level of service and professionalism. I highly recommend AA Door and Chris's expertise and cusomer service. Thank you Chris for your excellent service. You have made my day. Cheers, Paul Smith
