They were contracted through Lowe's to do the work in the fall of 2019. When the first rain came, the roof on the granny cottage started leaking. I texted Daniel, and he came over right away and "fixed" it himself. Well, we're finally getting a quantity of rain in 2022/23, and the roof leaks in the same spot that Daniel "fixed". Two more leaks have also started dripping from the ceiling, see photos. I do not recommend this company for roofing. (Lowe's only offers a two year warranty on labor and told me to call my homeowner's insurance. So, that's where I'm at... )
