Great company when they were a small family business. I used them in 2019 and they were great. They…read moreare now part of a large company called Windriver environmental. Big mistake calling them. I called them on a Thursday night and told them my alarm was going off. They said they would be there the next morning. Friday morning, they came at 10:30 and pumped it out. That was the last I heard from them till I called at 4:00PM. The CSR I spoke to stated that the person that came out does not fix it, it will take 24-48 hrs. for them to process the work order then they will call to schedule. That to me was piss poor customer service. Then she told me that the guy said that the pump will need to be replaced. Next day (Saturday) I called SOS and the guy there referred me to Candlelight Enterprises, LLC. The gentleman I spoke to there stated that since it was pumped out, they can do it Monday morning. I did ask about doing it that day (Saturday) but he was very honest and stated he didn't want me to spend the emergency fee when Monday was just fine. Candlelight showed up and he stated that the pump is fine, the check valve was stuck open and it will only cost $250.00 parts and labor. Next i get the bill from Wind River and they want to charge me an extra $100.00 for an emergency fee. Emergency fee, they did the work on a Friday morning at 10:30??????? I left 3 voicemails for them to call me and they have not responded as of yet. Piece of advice, DO NOT EVER CALL WIND RIVER.

Orlando and his assistant showed up BEFORE scheduled time (which is much appreciated and Windriver even texted to let us know they were 5min away). That was our first impression, good communication. Orlando explained clearly to us what works he and his assistant will be doing. After pumping and inspections tank, Orlando explained to us how to maintain the tank by not to dispose oils, greases, solid food... to the kitchen sink. Him and his assistant kept the area clean after they finished the work. That was our second impression that they care about their jobs and customer's property. We are happy with the job Orlando and his assistant did and would definitely use them again. Highly recommend this company.

If you're looking for a home inspector who is knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely cares,…read moreChandler is the one. As both a Realtor and a homeowner, I've worked with many inspectors over the years, and Chandler consistently sets the standard. He is professional, punctual, incredibly thorough, and takes the time to explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. His attention to detail, integrity, and precision give my clients confidence throughout the inspection process, and his reports are delivered promptly--often the very same day. Unfortunately, I've had real estate transactions fall apart in the past because of careless or incomplete inspections. Since I started using Chandler, both personally and professionally, I haven't looked back. My clients are always impressed with his service, and I know they're receiving honest, accurate information they can trust. He makes me look good as their agent because I know they're in excellent hands. His pricing is competitive, but the level of service, professionalism, and peace of mind you receive is worth far more than the cost. I recommend Chandler without hesitation to anyone buying, selling, or investing in real estate.

Someone picked up immediately, I believe her name was Christine. I let her know it's an emergency as the line was flooding into my lawn. Within half an hour, Sam arrived, diagnosed the issue and cut the line off. The busted pipe was on the city's side, and he advised me that while they can go ahead and fix the issue, it would financially be more beneficial for me to call the city and have them repair it and pick up the cost. Sam cut the non-potable water service off which resolved the issue until the city was able to come out and repair it. Despite Champion giving me a notice ahead of time that there is an upcharge since its afterhours, they only charged me about 160$ to come out and do the work as it was quick. Sam was extremely knowledgeable too and works with integrity, and Christine did an amazing job keeping me informed on the status. I hope I have the opportunity to use Champion Plumbing on future work.
