Anyone moving during this time understands how stressful the process is with the current climate of the market. After working with Alex's team, I needed just a little more clarification about requirements during the processing stage and a few frustrating hiccups I had encountered along the way (as many homebuyers have). Alex personally contacted me and we spoke on the phone. He attentively listened to my side, and gave me a ton of insight from a lender perspective which allowed me to feel more relaxed about the business I had done with PrimeLending. I was even pleasantly surprised by a handwritten thank you note that I had received in the mail shortly after. I have professionally worked in consumer relations for over 15 years and when I have experiences that exceed expectations, I have to share. Alex, if you're reading this, please know that you are a dignified leader in every sense of the word. Your level of intellect, communication, customer understanding, accountability, professionalism and class is VERY rare and deeply appreciated. Especially in the world of finance. You are an amazing branch manager and I hope to see you and your team thrive even further in the future. Thanks again, Dominique

They walked us through every question we had and gave us well rounded advice - I felt like they cared about our total financial well being, not just selling the loan! Justin personally showed up on closing day with some of the most thoughtful gifts for every member of our family. Last but certainly not least (and this is the beyond part because I don't think many other lenders take the time to do this) they have set up strategic touchpoints post-close to discuss any questions WE have about our new home such as - setting up our new loan payments, tax exemptions, home remodel questions, and any thing else! We truly enjoyed working with Justin and his team. They are different in all the right ways. I would absolutely recommend and will certainly use them again in the future!

After an initial discussion, he helped guide us to what we'd need to do to prepare for our new home purchase and was so kind and knowledgeable. After deciding to terminate our contract on a new construction home for an existing home, Justin & his team jumped into action. Justin answered my call for assistance on a Saturday afternoon and within the hour had sent over figures for what we could expect on the home we were hoping to go under contract on. Justin & team gave us the knowledge & confidence we needed to move forward with a pre-qualification letter for our dream home and worked diligently over the weekend to set us up for success. Once under contract, the entire Neo Home Loans team was AMAZING! The communication was STELLAR, TIMELY and the Neo Home loan status updates kept us informed along the way. I worked directly with Mark Raskin as a first-time homebuyer, and unfortunately my experience was…read morevery disappointing. The most frustrating part was not my credit score itself, but the lack of proactive guidance. Before my mortgage application, I believed my credit score was much higher than it actually was. Once my credit was pulled, it became clear that there was a significant gap between my expectations and reality. However, I was never proactively informed about the situation, its impact on my mortgage options, or potential remedies that might have been available. I later learned about rapid rescore through my own research rather than from my lender. Given my credit profile, this was something I believe should at least have been discussed. Instead, I remained unaware of important information that could have affected my decisions during a very time-sensitive period. When I later reached out with questions, I did not feel supported or educated as a first-time borrower. Conversations often felt rushed and dismissive, and I was repeatedly told that I could simply refinance later. While refinancing may be an option in the future, it is not free, effortless, or a substitute for helping borrowers understand all available options before closing. As a first-time homebuyer, I expected more proactive communication, guidance, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

I did not know a single thing about buying a house, but I had a friend who did. She referred me to…read moreJonathan, and listening to that friend was the best decision I have made in a long time. I'd heard nightmare stories of people going to lenders and being told "you have to pay this, do that, wait..." So I called Jonathan about 4 months before I really even planned to apply. You see, in that moment he really had no reason to help me if you think about it. I wasn't paying him any money, and in a world where time is money he was providing his time and expertise to me who really had nothing to offer for months to come. THAT is the measure. He not only explained the process very clearly and kindly, but he followed up with an email for all that we discussed, assessed my situation, and sent me a timeline for the next 6 months. I was so impressed. Anytime I emailed him, he responded. He also connected me to an AMAZING agent in Lauren Pratt, and together they made it a very streamlined process. Not once did I find it stressful, at all times I was kept abreast of things, and well ahead of time. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic the first time we met face to face was at closing and he was super cool. He shared with my partner and me his love for non-profits and was really outgoing. Being in non-profit work, I loved finding out that he is connected to many non profits. He also does projects alongside them, giving back every chance he gets. I would and will recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a mortgage loan. If you are just starting your home buying experience, reach out to Jonathan. You won't regret it!

I quickly realized that Brent's 5 star review history is a real rarity in this type of business. Brent's team worked hard to make us feel like we were buying the most expensive house on the planet. Anytime we had a question no matter how big or small we got an almost immediate response. They gave us all our options in financing our new home and took the time to explain to us the pros/cons of each of them. I have zero hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to purchase a new property. When the time comes (many, many years from now) that we are looking to purchase another home we will definitely give Brent a call.

Global Lending Services - Questionable Lending Practices…read more My experience with Global Lending Services (GLS) was subpar and extremely disappointing and concerning. I contacted GLS to request a loan payoff amount and asked for their bank routing and account number so that I could pay off the vehicle loan through my bank. The representative informed me that they do not have a routing and an account number for electronice payoff and that the only way to process a payoff electronically was for me to give them direct access to my personal bank routing and account number ...ABSOLUTELY NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!! The representative insisted this was the "quickest way" to pay off the loan. I was then transferred between several representatives, and communication was extremely difficult because of their extremely poor English that was barely understandable. Ultimately, I was told the only alternative was to send a certified paper check to a post office box, which is both inconvenient and outdated for a financial institution handling auto loans. In addition, the interest calculations appear to be structured in a way that significantly increases the overall cost of the loan, which raises further concerns about transparency. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Global Lending Services due to their limited payoff options, questionable payment practices, their poor customer service and lack of understanding of banking processes and poor English/comminication skills.
