The store was busy and the general manager, Mowena, was assisting the other two staff members by doing quality control on each order prior to it going out. I really appreciate that, because who wants to get home and realize, you're missing items, not me. The cook, a male and another female, never stopped working, the entire time and I appreciate the fact, that everyone worked together, to keep the line going and to get customers out. I ordered, ranch and blue cheese, the ranch is really good but, the blue cheese was watery and sweet, I didn't care for it and that's my favorite. We were soooo hungry by the time our food came, we devoured it. We got to order a second round and that's about it bc the service was veryyy slowwwwww that waiting for another order would be more. Upon entering, the restaurant wasn't overly crowded, with only a few tables occupied. Our server was Courtney. However, throughout our experience, it seemed like Courtney was more preoccupied with her other tables than with ours. I approached her to request that one of the TVs be switched to the NBA game that was currently airing. Unfortunately, the request went unanswered until I asked another employee, who explained that the establishment didn't pay for cable or any other service for all the TVs, which is why only three of them were showing the game. Despite this, Courtney continued to focus on her other tables, neglecting our needs. We had to repeatedly ask for refills of tea and water, and when we attempted to place an order for the next set of wings, it seemed like she had difficulty processing it. Considering that it was an all-you-can-eat establishment, I expected her to be more attentive to our requests. Not to mention the wings I received were drowning in sauce, I asked for extra wet but that didn't mean give me enough to drink. It wasn't until her other tables had left that Courtney finally paid us any attention.

This was ly second horrible experience in 2 hours with Wingstop. The one on Cobb Parkway in Ga was rude as well and told me he was not taking any more customers.
