My first experience working with Brian was pretty good. Once I had my policies in place and I…read moreneeded to make changes/corrections or had questions it was a lot harder to get support from Brian or his office. Recently, my insurer drastically increased my rates without informing me why and the only way to address this was to work with Brian. I got in touch with the office and expressed my interest in getting this corrected or having other options before my policy renewed and managed to get Brian on the phone to discuss. He promised I would receive options or a solution by the next business day. I never heard back. I ended up switching to a different insurer (not through avail) and it took multiple attempts to get Avail to cancel my old policy. I think of the whole point of working with an agent is to get better service than dealing directly with an insurer -- with Avail that was certainly not the case.

Tony and his team have always been there for me. After 14 years with virtually no claims, Liberty Mutual dropped coverage for my rental properties and later my home. While some brokers wouldn't even return my calls, Tony and his team helped me find solutions. They've also been consistently responsive whenever I've needed policy changes--including multiple adjustments to my umbrella coverage over the years. What really sets Tony apart is his integrity. When an insurer he recommended couldn't cover my home because of its proximity to trees, he gave me the names of other companies to try before pursuing surplus lines coverage--even though it meant taking my business elsewhere. His advice worked. After decades of working with insurance brokers, Tony stands out as someone I trust to put my interests first. I can't recommend him and his team highly enough!

Wake-Up Call of a Lifetime…read more As someone who's spent years in the medical field as a nurse -- dedicating myself to caring for others -- I'll be the first to admit: I never really took care of my financial health. I didn't grow up with good financial habits, and I've never been someone who felt confident navigating money, retirement, or planning for the future. But getting Sunny involved was the turning point. This wasn't just financial advice -- this was a total mindset shift. Working with Sunny was a real wake-up call, in the best way. He helped me do what I had avoided for far too long: face the numbers -- and gain power over them. Together, we mapped out my retirement goals, created a plan for my daughter's 529 college fund, and broke down exactly how much I need to save and spend each month. For the first time, the fog cleared. The future became real, and possible. And here's the kicker -- I always thought I was overspending... but once we ran the numbers? Sunny told me I could actually splurge once in a while! Imagine that! For someone who thought financial planning meant restriction and fear, this was like breathing oxygen for the first time. Sunny isn't just knowledgeable -- he's relatable, caring, and deeply committed to helping people like me realize: I can do this. He didn't just build a plan. He helped me build belief. If you're on the fence -- don't wait like I did. I only wish I had started this at the beginning of my career. I could've avoided years of waste and guesswork. But now? I'm taking ownership of my financial future, and it feels incredible. If you're ready to stop living in the unknown and start building the life you deserve, talk to Sunny. He's the real deal. Highly, highly recommend
