My GMC Sierra AT4 had a blow out of my sunroof I called All Bout Glass to resolve the issue and…read morethey said the would love to help me with my glass repair. Unfortunately, I went in trying to fix one problem and ended up with a much bigger, more expensive one. I paid $600 for the repair, and my sunroof was functioning properly before they worked on it. During the repair process, plastic components were broken, leaving the sunroof inoperable. When I met with them in person, they attempted to glue the broken plastic pieces back together. I was specifically told that if the glue didn't work, they would figure something out and send me to someone who could properly repair it. Unfortunately, that attempted fix failed, and that promise has not been honored. Now I'm left with a sunroof that's sealed shut, doesn't function, and triggers a warning message every time I start my truck. To properly fix the damage, I'm now facing an estimated $1,600 repair bill on top of the $600 I've already spent. What started as a $600 repair has potentially turned into a $2,200 problem. I paid a professional company to solve an issue, not create a larger and more expensive one. I gave them the opportunity to make things right, but I'm still left with a damaged sunroof and no resolution. I'm extremely disappointed in the workmanship, lack of accountability, and failure to follow through on their word. A business should stand behind its work, especially when its repair creates a problem that didn't exist before. I expected much better
