AD was our first call. They quoted us $95 out of pocket and said they were on their way. We were about 5 miles away from their shop during rush hour traffic. They took just under an hour to arrive. The driver, Johnny, was very friendly, easy to work with, and took the time to make sure it got loaded and unloaded safely and didn't scrape. We were nervous reading reviews after we had already waited about a half hour but decided to roll with it. We were pleased with the service and would call them again if needed in the future.

They demanded cash, refused to show a receipt, and acted suspiciously throughout the process. Everything about their behavior felt dishonest, and it seemed like they were trying to scam me. What's even more concerning is that Fort Bliss, the military base here in El Paso, has a contract with this towing company.
