Ordered a green + white arrangement, florist's choice, and upgraded to a "Deluxe" arrangement, which I assumed would mean nicer flowers...or at least some of the flowers and succulents shown in the AI-generated image next to it. I ordered the arrangement to be delivered the following day, as I know same-day orders can result in a lower-quality arrangement due to limited stock on hand in the shop. I also requested in the delivery instructions to please text me a photo of the arrangement. Never got a text of the arrangement from the florist as requested, but the recipient was kind enough to send me a pic. Now I know why the florist didn't send me a pic. I was SO embarrassed...this arrangement looks cheap...like it was a last-minute grab at a grocery store. All told (delivery fee, tax) this arrangement was $115. Would YOU pay $115 to have this delivered to a loved one? Fool me once, shame on you.
