They really took their time with the prep work and it shows in the finished appearance of our house. The houses in our neighborhood are very close together, and they went above and beyond to ensure that our neighbor's house, fence, and patio were spotless after the pressure washing, which is an extra step that really highlights their professionalism. Zack and his team did an excellent job applying a UV reflective coating to our riveted metal patio and sunroom roof--definitely not an easy project. They properly power washed the surface before applying the paint, and the difference is incredible. I can genuinely feel about a 15-degree reduction in heat, just as promised. Our sunroom is now significantly cooler--even to the touch on the underside of the metal roof. We were so impressed that we had them extend the coating to our outdoor patio roof as well, which has also made a noticeable difference in temperature. I really appreciated that Zack was willing to accommodate my request to use a specialized UV reflective coating (commonly used on RVs), instead of pushing standard industrial paint like others had suggested. I'm so glad I stuck with this product--it truly works! I was so happy with their work that I ended up using them again for my business--this time for the undercarriage of the corrugated roof and walls in my sunroom spa. They painted it mint, and it looks amazing--such a clean, fresh look! His pricing was fair and affordable, and the quality of work speaks for itself. My husband even said, "Why didn't we do this sooner?"--he's just as happy with the outcome as I am. I highly recommend ZPro Painting if you're looking for quality work, honest service, and real results--especially for metal roofing projects!

They asked to use my personal bathroom a few times which i found odd as i have hired several contractors who worked longer hour jobs who never asked to use my bathroom before. They left my place a mess, left several supplies in my garage without letting me know in advance that someone would not pick it up till the following day. They left for the day without letting me know they were finished, which was an inconvenience as i wasn't sure if i should stick around or wait for them to come back. As part of the…read morerestoration process, all of the drywall had to be opened and dried, the flooring was completely removed and reinstalled, and the drywall had to be repaired, textured, and color-matched. We also had several decorative columns that were cut open from the bottom and needed to be reconstructed and blended back into the original structure. Because so much of the work involved connecting new materials to existing drywall and columns, I was very concerned that the seams, texture, or paint color would be noticeable after the repairs were completed. Erick and his team took on this project at a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Everyone on the team was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They completed the work in a timely manner and paid great attention to detail. Most importantly, the finished work looks seamless.
