As a matter of fact they permanently scheduled me on a thursday called me back the day before the appointment and stated they had lapsed appointments and I would not be able to be on thursdays and the only day they had was wednesday which was one of the only days I expressed I couldn't do but I eventually made it work. Then my daughter starts her sessions and does two and the therapist quits and they call me to let me know they will be in contact with me when they get a new therapist. I waited a couple of weeks and called for an update, left a message and heard nothing back. After 3 weeks of waiting I called back talked to someone and was told the scheduler was in a meeting and would call me back immediately when she was out its been 3 business days and I have heard nothing back. I will not be going back to this place, I do not recommend it what so ever!

Today I get a call from Jessica, the director of operations. She was yelling at me on the phone, telling me they cannot provide billing statements that I've received previously in the mail. I said I am the customer and you are yelling at me. She went on to say that I am no longer a customer and she's turning my bill over to collections. Here I am trying to find resolution and because I have questions about my son's bill and want the actual billing statements that I've once received but sadly did not keep. I am being treated like garbage. Jessica hung up on me. I called back and was talking to another person in the billing dept when Jessica grabbed the phone, told me to not call back again and hung up on me again. Once again I am trying to get resolution. I've called a few more times and no one will return my calls or emails. The therapists are great, but management is awful!!

This review is overdue--long overdue. ...and it's long! I've struggled to find words that match the…read moredepth of my gratitude, and even now, this will surely fall short. TL;DR: Amazing place, the best in the Charlotte area, call and get in while you can. Our family has been part of the Speak to Me NC community for a few years now (collectively, between both of our children). I can say without hesitation: they are the very best at what they do. This privately owned practice, run by a wonderful husband-and-wife team, provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech, feeding therapy, and more. Their compassion, expertise, and the way they care for families make them a rare gift to this community. Over the years, our children have needed nearly every service they offer--OT, PT, speech, feeding, and more. We've gotten to know every single member of the staff, and without exception, they are A-players. From the owners, to the office manager, to the therapists and support staff--they're the only team I would ever trust with my kids. We started with (and still see) Heather for OT, who is an absolute Godsend. She's not just an amazing therapist, but a kind human, a mom who gets it, and a true ally for families. When I asked my toddler what he liked most about Ms. Heather, he said: "She plays with me and teaches me with toys I like." My daughter added: "Because she loves me and cares about me." That says it all. But here's the thing: every therapist here embodies the same qualities. They bring: - Consistency - No revolving door of providers. Kids build real relationships. - Genuine care - They celebrate even the smallest victories. - A child-centered approach - Therapy is fun, flexible, and led by the child's interests. - Collaboration - Parents, teachers, and doctors are included and supported. - Expertise - Creative, research-backed, and effective strategies. - Family empowerment - Parents leave with tools and confidence to carry therapy into daily life. One of the greatest lessons I've learned here is that therapy isn't just for your child--it's for you, too. Dropping off your child and resuming life as usual misses the point. Progress happens when parents lean in: watching, asking questions, learning strategies, and weaving therapy into everyday life. Speak to Me NC has taught me how to do that. Because of this team, I've grown alongside my children. I understand them better, I support them more confidently, and I see their independence and self-esteem blooming. I cannot overstate my gratitude for this practice. They are extraordinary. They are compassionate. They are skilled. And they are truly the best.
