If the program weren't going through so many changes and in the area that it's located. It's like damn. For the ones that in the program and taking full advantage of the resources. You cannot get help from them, not during a crisis, not during an emergency, not ever. They disappear when their patients need them the most. They show zero compassion, zero urgency, and zero understanding of what their patients are going through. Their documentation is inaccurate, careless, and downright harmful. They ignore what you tell them, they don't follow up, and they don't seem to care about anything except a paycheck. If you value your mental health, your safety, or even basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. This clinic and its providers are dangerously unreliable and should not be trusted with anyone's care. Because of this negligence, misconduct, and record inaccuracies, I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Licensing Board to ensure this behavior is investigated and addressed.
