Where should I start about this place!! I am a client here and my case manager Wanda j. Does not…read morekeep her word. I've been asking to set up an apt with Ingrid. I constantly contact them thru phone esp Wanda. She never keeps her word. This program has helped me get off the street with the transitional program. I have a dog chief and they allowed me to have a place. Which I am grateful for. I don't like how they have some ppl working for the program that don't really care. They been doing this for some years and lost the fire to help. I'm tired of asking for a new lease for my apt, to set up apt with Ingrid the head boss of penny lane. I graduated from csun but with the stress factor of my case manager Wanda. She and I don't get along. I've asked to work with someone else. She's just the middle person that I don't see why I need to talk to see her! I rather pay the rent to Lee or Ingrid myself. With loosing hours at my job and it supposed to be based on my income to pay for my rent. I just don't appreciate how I don't ask for much and they have me going through a loop hole. I HATE THAT!! If the program weren't going through so many changes and in the area that it's located. It's like damn. For the ones that in the program and taking full advantage of the resources. Help the ones that doing something compare helping the ones that don't do much. I hope someone's reads this and looks into this. I'm tired of keeping my mouth closed and just taking this. If I have to take a stand and get kicked out of the program. I know my right of freedom of speech and know my laws. I won't go out without a fight.

Dr. Herr was very understanding and accommodating when I had to reschedule last minute since I realized I had accidentally scheduled something for myself that conflicted with the appointment. During the appointments we've had so far, she's explained everything very clearly and answered any questions I've had so I'm not confused. She is such a caring, thoughtful, and helpful psychiatrist who I would absolutely recommend! The other staff here I've interacted with have all been very helpful and friendly as well.

Psychiatrist: Karina Shulman Therapist: Christopher Felix…read more This place is a complete failure in mental health care. Dr. Karina Shulman and therapist Christopher Felix have been nothing but negligent, unreachable, and shockingly unprofessional. You cannot get help from them, not during a crisis, not during an emergency, not ever. They disappear when their patients need them the most. They show zero compassion, zero urgency, and zero understanding of what their patients are going through. Their documentation is inaccurate, careless, and downright harmful. They ignore what you tell them, they don't follow up, and they don't seem to care about anything except a paycheck. If you value your mental health, your safety, or even basic human decency, avoid this place at all costs. This clinic and its providers are dangerously unreliable and should not be trusted with anyone's care. Because of this negligence, misconduct, and record inaccuracies, I will be filing a formal complaint with the State Licensing Board to ensure this behavior is investigated and addressed.

They engaged in inappropriate gossip about patients, which is entirely unacceptable given their responsibility to adhere to protocols. Furthermore, their lack of customer service training necessitates immediate attention. Some nurses displayed rude and unfriendly attitudes, posing a negative demeanor towards patients and visitors. They lack the necessary skills to conduct themselves professionally in front of patients and their families. During my presence, I witnessed patients expressing distress and seeking assistance. When we addressed these issues, the nurses retaliated, demanding that we cease our actions. It is imperative that the Department of Health intervene promptly to address these concerns.
