I woke up the morning of my exam with a fever and a stomach flu. I did not want to interrupt other test takers with my illness, but was also unable to reschedule due to being so close to my exam time. I called and asked about what I should do, to make myself as little a nuisance as possible, to limit my public embarrassment, and ask if the exam could somehow be paused if I was going to be stuck in the bathroom multiple times for long periods, or even need to change clothes. Their staff were extremely professional about this, and took my issue seriously. Their manager A and staff member F, without me even asking about this, were able to get in contact with the organization I was taking the exam with and petitioned them on my behalf to allow me to reschedule. They are amazing

The administrative team was very kind. They were helpful and had very helpful accommodations. For example, they provide a locker for your belongings, the restroom was immaculate and locked at all times.
