Great place for coworkers, friends, and/or student groups alike to enjoy a day full of team building. The Francis' were an amazing group who kept the energy up the entire time! Our group specifically were "taken on a tour of the GDX Nuclear Energy Plant." The clues, codes and solutions were obtained through tough team challenges. For our safety and comfort, we were advised to wear closed-toed shoes such as tennis or walking shoes and outdoor "recreational" clothing. Some of the things that I enjoyed the most were the fun, interactive icebreakers that began the day; the entertaining group challenges, and the experience of an Escape Room! Snacks and drinks were provided; however, we had to leave the facility to grab our own lunch. Upon returning from lunch, we got to enjoy four different types of ropes course, each concluding with a zip-line across the room! I definitely enjoyed myself and recommend trying this place out.

My wife surprised me for my bday and rounded up a group of about 15 people for some fun and games. Never heard of this place before this. First of all, we had a really good group facilitator. Second, you're allowed to bring in food and drinks for your party!! Non alcoholic though lol. Cost for this session was $25pp for about 3 hours. Games we played: 1. Dodge ball / hunger games w bows and arrows - basically a mix of trying to shoot each other and a target American gladiator style. 2. Ropes course, various different items and zip lining. 3. Come game, working on relay agility skills. Funnnn 4. 9 square - like volleyball 4 square 5. Ga ga ball - dodgeball w one ball using a open hand to slap the ball. In an octagon. 6. Messed around on the wall and volleyball bounce court. Had an amazing time and didn't even get to play all the variety of activities they had!! Probably will be back!

Came for a 2-hour bonding session with my new work team and had a blast! I wasn't too sure what to expect but we all had a great time; David, our facilitator, was awesome and informative about all the activities we did. The facilities were great, well lit and well air-conditioned; we didn't do any of the ropes courses but they were fun to look at, and the games we did play were engaging and fun. In particular my favorites were the old school skiball and the three by three volleyball type game we played at the end. I really liked that they had multiple options for everyone of different body types and that we got to end the night jumping around on a giant inflatable trampoline :) I also appreciated that the room we were in had a corner with refreshments: chips, drinks, water, granola bars, etc. Thanks so much for making this bonding experience a great one, Group Dynamix! I will definitely be recommending this to anyone who has similar needs in the future.

Awesome place for team building! Went here as a team building activity for 70+ people. Totally worth it. Luckily I was on the committee for our group to pick the activities for our conference. Group Dynamix has a lot of activities to help facilitate group building for all kinds of groups. We ended up picking human foosball, bow and arrow, yard games and 9 square. Don't be fooled, this is a huge work out. You stay busy the entire time and the employees there keep everything organized. We had SO much fun. It was great being able to do activities with others from my work I had never met before in an environment like this. I would highly suggest for any companies needing to do team building.

Awesome!!!!!! Wes is very cool and makes the whole experience fun and exciting!!!

Designed with an all white palate, the space is large enough to accommodate a modest - sized event(under 200) while still feeling intimate. I believe the space is owned and operated by Creative Arts Catering so you are required to use thier services. Their food is excellent though so that would be a non issue for me. My only complaint was with the parking. There were only about 20 parking spaces directly in front of the building and the caterer had their delivery trucks occupying about 5 of those precious few (not a good look at a formal event). Definitely check them out if you're event space shopping on the North side.

I had the pleasure of hosting my daughters quinceanera at Luxor Banquet Hall in September of 2022…read more I could not have chose a better place to host my daughters big day! Oscar and Gloria made the entire process, from start to finish, a very easy and smooth process. Many times helping me with suggestions, recommendations, and even last minute emergencies. The entire set up was gorgeous! For dinner, we went with beef and chicken fajitas, and it was a great choice! I wish I got to eat more than I did but I was too busy mingling. The cake!!!!!! Of course, I made sure to get a couple of slices of cake! Luxor referred me to Stephanie @CakeladiesTx and she did NOT disappoint! She was a sweet as her treats ;) She was very patient and help guide my daughter into designing her dream cake. We also decided to order treats from her to add to our fruit and snacks table. Not only were her treats insanely cute but they were good and the first thing to go!!! She was so sweet as to even set the treats table up for us. Now to the best part, the hosts with the most MC Edwin Prietol and Dj Maxter! These two kept my crowd entertained the entire evening! @Djmaxter2k12 contacted me ahead of time to make sure he understood the assignment and he delivered! He had the crowd moving all night! He helped me with sparklers, the "on the clouds" package, and the robot that highlighted our special moments. @Edwinprietol was an amazing MC! He interacted with my crowd, cracked jokes, and made sure he helped guide me thru the evening and keep me on track! I even had some guest message me the day after the event to ask me, who these guys were! My guest had such great feedback but most importantly I truly enjoyed every single bit of my experience with Luxor Banquet Hall. 10/10 recommendation!

Prior to this, I normally Thanksgiving Brunch at the Gaylord Texan each year. Their brunch is $100+ per person and I wanted to give the Constellation Club a try. PRIOR TO GOING: I made reservations over the phone. No credit card needed. Dress code expectation is business casual/ Sunday's Best. I was also told they validate parking. THE LOCATION: Easily found in the Irving/ Las Colinas area in the tallest building there. You'll know you found it because of the Mustangs statues in the front. Quick hint... valet is in the rear of the building. I parked in the garage area and took my ticket with me... to get validated. The club is on the 26th floor. Security is there to make sure you go to the right elevators. THE PLACE: Coming off the elevators (26th floor), you're greeted by folks at a table. The place has very modern decor and nice views of the city. On a clear day, you can see downtown Dallas, Arlington, and downtown Fort Worth. If you really know your city, you can see the 635/75 area and City Line in the distance. Great spot for taking selfies or taking in nice views. Anyways... Someone pulls your reservation. I was asked to pay ahead of time. Four people at $60 a piece, I paid a little over $300. Apparently there was a service charge that I wasn't told about over the phone. I ask about parking validation and was told that it was for members only. After some back and forth and back and forth and even more back and forth, they made an exception and validated my parking. Keep in mind, I was told they were validating parking for Thanksgiving (over the phone). I'm big on accountability. The gratuity was technically included but you get the option to tip additional. I would have tipped additional had there not been a service charge. The way I see it, if I can be surprised about a service charge, they can be surprised that I wasn't spending additional money. To me, the service charge was their tip. THE FOOD: After finding a seat (you sit anywhere), you go to the brunch buffet. VERY DISAPPOINTING. Scrambled eggs that look like they were made with powder. Bacon, apple sausage, mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad, ham, turkey, and bland chicken wings. There was a separate room for deserts.... pecan pie, pumpkin pie, cookies, etc. Overall, the bacon, mashed potatoes, and turkey were winners. Everything else was either bland or average. STAFF: The wait staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. OVERALL: It was a decent experience I did ONE TIME. It was also cool to find out what was in that tall building that I'd always drive by. WAS IT WORTH $60 ($300 for four people)? NO. Absolutely not. You have to keep in mind that besides the food (which was nothing to write home about), and the views of the city, there's nothing else to do. You're there to eat and leave. It's Thanksgiving and the area is a ghost town. It's not like you can take a walk and get into another activity. Coming full circle, this is why I mentioned the Gaylord Texan as a measuring bar. The Gaylord Texan validates parking if you eat the Thanksgiving brunch. You don't have to be a member. You can walk the resort and appreciate the decor... or participate in other activities. It's festive. Yes, the Gaylord is $100 per person but the food options are endless and taste amazing. I wouldn't do the Constellation Club again. I certainly didn't see the value in joining as a member. Definitely a one-time experience for me. I recommend going there for a drink (if they'll allow it) and checking out the views of DFW. If they want to keep it exclusive, let them have fun with that. It's not worth it.

However the bathroom sinks may just be an elaborate prank pulled on every guest of this hotel. There are many photos already on here, but the pictures don't do it justice. The sink is approximately 7" x 12", and has a mirror jutting out over a portion of it, leaving you with roughly 4-5" of functional sink space. This will be the smallest sink you've ever used in your life (and I've spent lots of time in NYC and Chicago, where I've used some very small sinks). Need to wash your hands? You're getting water on your feet. Shave? Better wear a bathing suit. Wash your face? A wetsuit is recommended. Accidentally turn the water on too high when doing any of the above? Bet you didn't know you were about to take a full shower! I'm not sure the building codes in Dallas, but apparently you can get away with installing dollhouse fixtures here.
