Each room has a different vibe and objective, testing your speed, agility, and memory just to name a few things. I visited with a group of 4. We went during opening weekend so there were a few kinks -- some of the games weren't loading and other games would go on too long so we got bored and tired. I think that'll work itself out eventually though. The manager was kind enough to invite us back on a different date to experience the other interactive experience they offer, Sensas, since we weren't able to play all the games due to the glitches. I take away a star because it was really hot in there. I'm not sure if there was any A/C in the building. And also, though the manager was super kind to my group, it was super disheartening to hear the way he was speaking to his staff. I hope that even in the midst of frustration, he can remember to be kind and respectful to his team in the future! Overall this is something different to do in Dallas with friends. I'd recommend! Just give them a little time to get on their feet.

We recently visited Glow and Go and had a disappointing experience. We planned the trip to and…read moredrove over an hour to share a fun and exciting experience with our family, but we left feeling short-handed. Before our visit, I had reviewed the Glow and Go FAQs to ensure that our 1-year-old could attend. I found that participants must be at least 51 inches tall, and children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). However, pregnant individuals may participate if they can move comfortably. I thought this was great news because we can only attend events that allow us to bring our daughter and we planned to put her in a carrier, similar to how pregnant individuals participate. We have done this at other physical and active locations , such as Activate. So to be sure, I tried several times to call ahead and verify, but every time I called the listed number, I got a busy signal. The FAQs also stated that tickets could be purchased at the box office. Given the time of day, we thought that was the best option since we couldn't verify any information with a staff member via phone call. When we arrived our group was greeted by a friendly new staff member who said it had only been her first week working there and an unfriendly woman who was not very enthusiastic. We had intentions of booking the Glow and Go for four adults with our daughter who would be securely strapped to me in a carrier. However, the unfriendly staff member denied that would be possible due to not creating a pleasant experience for others and it was too dark which could frighten the baby. We asked if they could help us brainstorm a solution so we could all experience Glow and Go. Fortunately, the new staff member was very kind and willing to help. And mentioned splitting into groups of two leaving one person to watch the baby while the other two went in for the experience and then switched off. This plan was far from how we wanted to experience the fun group activity, and it would have required double the time, which was not feasible for us. In the end, I decided to sit out with our daughter so that the rest of them could try it out. When we went to pay, we kindly asked if they offered military discounts, and they said yes, but only for the Sensas experience. We were also shocked to learn that, even though we had arrived about 15 minutes before a time slot was available, we would have to wait an extra 30 minutes because the system wouldn't allow them to book a walk-in with such "short notice" (which was not mentioned and seemed contradictory to the FAQs). The unfriendly staff member claimed that they had no control over the phones or the booking system and that "they" handled all that. When I asked who "they" were, she said the people above. I asked what was the best way to contact "them" , and she told the other staff member to give me a small piece of paper with a QR code on it. When my family finished the game, I was eager to hear about their experience to decide whether we should bring other family members to try the Sensas experience. However, I was disappointed to learn that they also encountered several issues during the experience. First, several buttons in the whack-a-mole room got stuck. Upon entering the laser room, the TV was not working, leaving them in the dark and confused. Fortunately, one of them managed to turn it on, but it clearly took away from the experience. In the same laser room, the bands were not scanning properly. In the floor is lava room, the projector was not aligned properly, causing the sensors to malfunction. It was described to me that some of the safe brick portions were not on the stepping stands and instead projected onto the floor, preventing them from collecting points. We thoroughly enjoy events like these and trying new things, so we were excited about Glow and Go. However, the numerous issues we encountered made the experience hardly enjoyable.

Five in our family and we did the 45min version, which was just right for us. Our kiddos were 10yrs, 8yrs & 4yrs and each of them could help out and figure out some clues on their own. There were still clues they needed help with, but overall they were very involved. Each of the three rooms we accessed was lively, well planned out, and full of fun clues. The staff greeted us warmly and explained everything to the kids in a very understandable way and were very generous with the clues. We all had a wonderful time and would absolutely do another escape room here with the family.

I was in town on business and decided to take a little 'me time' while I was here. At this rage room, you pay for what you break. They've got different bundles of items for you to purchase... everything from beer and liquor bottles to small and large electronics, to printers (my personal favorite... who among us hasn't wanted to beat the crap out of a printer?) to even a car windshield. And if you're not sure what to order, don't worry, you can always order more stuff if you run out. Unlike my rage room back at home, there's no time limit and you can break stuff 'til your heart's content. For me... That ended up taking a little while. Had some things to get off my chest. The staff was absolutely awesome from start to finish. They explained how everything worked, allowed me to take my time to get ready, made sure I was hydrated and safe and had everything I needed, they were able to get me all of the extra stuff I requested and even checked in with me when I was done. I have a Rage Room playlist on my phone (cuz this ain't my first rodeo) and since I didn't have Spotify or Apple music, they were even able to download all of the songs from my playlist and play it in the room I was in. In addition to the amazing staff and the wonderful atmosphere, what I really appreciate is the emphasis on safety. In addition to face shields and gloves, they also provide full body jumpsuits in a variety of sizes, as well as optional helmets and ear coverings. My rage room back at home does not provide jumpsuits and I have previously come home with glass in my shoes, and little small microcuts all over my arms from the shards of broken glass raining down. So I appreciate that this place has the oversized jumpsuits which fit over my tennis shoes and kept me from getting glass in my shoes or getting cuts from broken glass. I spent about the same amount here that I would for a spa day but this was much more fun. Highly recommend!! Get in here and let that sh*t go!!

When the power went out, there were guests who were stuck in the elevator... For 90 minutes! The Dallas Fire Department had to come and extricate people from all 4 elevators. Some people were forced to climb up 7 flights of stairs to get to our floor. Other guests ended up leaving the wedding altogether because we just never knew WHEN the lights and power were going to come back on. There was no back up generator or power source that the building could draw from. We were not able to start the wedding reception until AFTER 10pm! There was a quinceañera on another floor, and a 70th birthday party being held on a different floor. Everyone had NO POWER! (To be fair, when my mother came to check out this venue the week before the wedding, she said she had to take the stairs down, b/c the power went out then too - in the middle of the day!!!!) So for over 1 hour, our vendors were not able to serve our 400 wedding guests! I lost an hour of service from every single vendor - which ended up totaling over $12,000 lost. When I contacted the owners of the venue, they refused to take any accountability, saying they were not at fault. They refused to refund us even a fraction of the amount that we were owed. They refused that they owed us anything at all! We spent months trying to work out an agreement / negotiate compensation with the owner, to no avail. Nothing. Not even a dime. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANY OTHER VENUE FOR YOUR EVENT! IT'S NOT WORTH WASTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY... SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA AND BOOK YOURSELF A DECENT VENUE. I would give this place 0/5 stars if I could. I highly do NOT recommend.

I do want to say the initial check in was good. I had a bag I should have taken home and they held it safe up front for me. Very appreciated. The rough... The location boasts "42" mini escape rooms, most are 2-4 connected rooms with a task to get to the next room. With one task to get through and no real objective or clues, it can be frustrating figuring it out. The rooms are broken or worn out. 4 initial rooms could not be entered, holding back access to 2-3 more rooms each. Anything that required touching showed its age with wear. Some rooms required crawling with worn out floors that hurt to crawl on. The place is connected to a trampoline park, we had random young kids running around Labyrinth area unsupervised. The potential.... We were able to get through 2 areas completely! The obstacle course to get through a volcano was fun! The Asylum area was great as well. But so many rooms we were just clueless as to the clues. I am not the world's best escape room person, but I've completed dozens. Hard tasks are good, nearly impossible to figure out tasks are rough, racially with broken down interactions. When this place was new, I bet it was great. For $60 total we were entertained for two hours well enough, but I can't really recommend this place with all the broken and worn down interactions. The place needs a revamp and it could be unique and great!
