I was looking for another reliable vehicle and decided to purchase a 2018 pilot ex-L. We had a trade in and got the best price for it, which made the notes very affordable. Nohea and his manager were very conscientious about getting me something I was happy with, and the team prepared an affordable plan along with daily updates on the progress of the sale. Kind, friendly, and stuck to their word on all matters of the sale. Overall, a wonderful experience, especially when buying a vehicle can be so stressful. Sludge in the engine did this to my cousin

Do not buy from this dealership (MO SCHNITZER) Car salesman is terry Cortez Finance manager is wilder Vasquez This dealership (terry cortez) sold me a 2020 buick encore, and one month later, i find a massive amount of sludge buildup in the engine and a missing catalytic converters heat sheild. I bought a warranty that covers more than just the engine tranmission and drive train, but no warranty covers sludge buildup. One month after I purchased the vehichle the fan clutch malfunctioned and overheated the car so I sent it back to the dealership just for them to tell me I also have alot of sludge in the engine and my warranty will not pay to fix the problem. After I tell the sales director (MO SCHNITZER) the issue, he doesn't seem to care or have a solution and goes on to not answer any of my calls or text messages for almost a month, eventually I drive up there and tell him I don't want the car and the warranty company is advising I have the seller pay for the damages (NON-DISCLOSED ENGINE SLUDGE). HE CONTINUES REFUSING TO HELP AND REFUSES TO GET HIS BOSS SO I CAN TELL HIM THE COMPANY HAS SOLD ME A BAD VEHICHLE He offers me a lot less money for the car than what I bought it for and will not help with his mistake. I HAVE A FULL DIAGNOSIS REPORT FROM GMC THAT STATES THERE IS ENGINE SLUDGE BUILDUP AND A MISSING CATALYTIC CONVERTER HEAT SHEILD that was done one month after I purchased the vehichle, I have more than enough pictures and proof to hire attorneys and if this isn't resolve I will have no choice but to proceed with further action. If the engine goes out, I will have to pay for a car that does not drive and will have to pay for damages myself, this dealership is not truthful with the vehichles sold on their lot and you may have similar issues Dealerships have a legal obligation to disclose certain information about the vehichles they sell (such as damages like engine sludge), this dealership did not own that commitment After 11 months this dealership has still yet to give me the paperwork from when I bought the vehichle, even after several attempts to retrieve this information the dealership is being extremely difficult and unprofessional. I have screenshots, pictures, and call logs to back all information given in this review

I have been coming to this Acura since I moved here in 2020 and I have never been disappointed! Fast, honest, and reliable service always. I have worked with a couple of service advisors but my absolute favorite is Andy. His customer service is like none other. He is extremely responsive when scheduling an appt and while having my car serviced. He is very kind and respectful, doing all he can to make your experience comfortable while you wait and over the best customer service I have ever received anywhere. I highly recommend him when scheduling service for your vehicle.

Brake fluid level

I bought my car here because I saw good reviews but I had a bad experience. I bought an SUV on 08/03/25 for my wife because the one we had broke down and I bought a 2019 Chevy Tahoe and three days later the transmission broke and on top of that they made me buy the car warranty they offer for 5k thousand dollars and they didn't change the oil the truck is missing brake fluid and also water in the radiator very bad service with the mechanics and even I took it to the dealership but the managers treat me very badly and hang up on me very rudely every time I talk on the phone as of today 08/04/25 I don't know nothing about the truck and they don't want to cancel my loan with Santander they don't call me or give any information for the truck for a month and still the dealership has the truck I have had to buy an emergency used one for my wife It is not possible that such big dealers can do this

Avoid these guys at all cost, First they say they don't haggle when I ask for a small $400 discount on a 2014 $15,400 Mazda 3 with 80,000 miles that would normally sell for under 10,000 outside the current market, then the manager calls me saying he would do the $400 off if I do the deal but that he wants me to use their financing if possible to help them out, even though I have my own low interest loan ready. Before I submit the credit app, I do the wise thing and ask for a detailed OTD invoice, when I get the invoice there is another $1000 worth of useless crap they conveniently forgot to mention which no 10 year old car with 80k miles needs, like $600 for ceramic coating, $148 for Nitrogen, another $252 for illegal window tint (and how strange they all add up to $1000 exactly), after a day over the phone, and additional haggling (bear in mind I am in Austin and doing this deal remote because of a broken down vehicle) , I receive a final invoice after all the garbage they decided to add and do the credit app at a slight discount. Couple hours later their finance manager calls telling me that my application is in pre-approval status but that they need me in person for "compliance reasons", I had specifically mentioned I would only make the trip all the way to Sugarland if everything was sorted out remote and the deal was completed, and I was very specific about that prior to submitting the credit app, I mention how I had never heard of such a requirement to not be able to get a credit confirmation remote with all the documents provided and his response "they're not the type of low end dealer I'm used to and have to follow protocol". I suspected there was additional surprises ahead and told him there was no way I would make the trip if I do not have a firm final confirmation from their bank, at this point they gave up and was able to give the accurate information. They wanted to drag me all the way from Austin to Houston on a work day, and leverage me into an unheard of 19% interest rate or they would not do the deal, these guys are crooks and deserve a 0 star rating, do not do a deal with these people, they will quickly remember customer service once the current bubble bursts with rising interest rates. Good luck and may you forever enjoy this review you have very deservingly earned.

False advertising

Website advertised an amazing deal, I emailed, got a "guaranteed price" email, and received a phone call from Utah. I asked if the price was accurate and the person could give no information. I received another call about an hour later and was informed the price may be about two hundred higher than quoted. I again asked if this was accurate, and stated I would go directly to the dealership if it was. I was placed on hold, then told the price was incorrect, and I would not be getting the "guaranteed price" after all.

They also offer complimentary drinks and snacks, including cookies, bottled water, soda, sparkling water, and a coffee machine with options like lattes and mochas. The staff have always been extremely friendly and welcoming whenever we arrive. Car wash wait times vary depending on how busy they are, but we've never waited more than about 30 minutes, and often it's much quicker. One thing to note is that the car wash occasionally goes down for maintenance, so it's a good idea to call ahead and confirm it's operating before making the trip. Their car wash was down for a couple of weeks recently so I'm glad to see it's back up and running! As soon as I pulled in, someone came out to assist me right away and mentioned the wait would be about 35 minutes. The waiting area is comfortable and well-stocked, with a fancy coffee and chocolate drink machine, sodas, bottled water, freshly baked cookies, and complimentary wifi. I was able to get some work done while waiting, and once my car was ready, I received a SMS notification. Although this visit was just for a quick car wash, everyone I interacted with was friendly as is always.

Joad (Sales Manager) & Zuri (Sales Agent) do business the old school way. They stand behind their product, no B.S. Bait & Switch, and take care of their customers to no end! They offer a 7-day warranty on there vehicles and dont just sell you junk that you have to be worried about breaking down the minute you roll off the lot. They sold me a solid business van for my fleet, that had low miles and it was the cheapest priced vehicle online in the entire country. They are in business for the long haul and understand the importance of reputation. They treat people with the upmost respect regardless of price on car, like some other dealerships. Motors on Wheels went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the esthetics and mechanical integrity of my vehicle, which gave me peace of mind! Never experienced this level of customer service and professionalism from any dealership, not even the big manufacturer dealerships. They earned my business for life. I will be purchasing all of my future business vehicles from them!

My car's VIN: 5TDA*******076385 Extremely disappointing experience with Group 1 Toyota Fort Bend regarding a warranty claim. My vehicle's sunroof shattered while driving, with no external impact, and I brought my car to this dealership requesting root cause analysis and warranty repairs. Was told by technician that no external impact was found, which is consistent with my experience. However, dealership supposedly had to escalate the case to Toyota for authorizing warranty repairs, and came back saying "there is no defect with the sunroof, and as such, warranty cannot be honored". I opened a case with Toyota Brand Engagement, to later learn that notes submitted to Toyota by Group 1 Fort Bend dealership, attributed the damage to external impact -- which appears inconsistent with what I was told directly. Based on my experience, issue was not just the warranty denial, but the contradictory communication and lack of transparency in how my claim was handled. When a dealership tells a customer one thing and documents something materially different, it raises serious concerns about trust and fairness. I brought this in expecting an honest evaluation and support on a legitimate warranty concern, but left feeling misled and unsupported. I strongly recommend customers document every conversation, request copies of all inspection findings, and review what is being reported to the manufacturer during any warranty dispute. This one is definitely going to BBB, irrespective of what anybody tries responding to this review.

Good job on bringing skilled professionals to your team Classic Chevy!! Update: No fault of the two sales guys but my car (90k plus Escalade) broke down in less than a week with emissions issues. October, I called ahead to confirm you accept an Assurant powertrain warranty. I gave my contract number, had it looked up, and was told yes. I brought my car in, you diagnosed the issue, then told me it wasn't covered and charged me $200 since I didn't proceed with repairs. So I paid $200 to find out my warranty didn't cover it... after you verified it and said you accept it. Fast forward to April. I called about my prepaid maintenance plan Assurant, gave my contract number AND phone number, and had it verified. I was told it would be covered. Appointment scheduled. I show up, wait, get the oil change done, and then I'm told AFTER the service: "You have to go back to that dealership to use your plan." So it's verified on the phone, scheduled, service completed... then the answer changes. That's the issue. Any customer can see themselves in this situation. You call, verify, show up, and still end up paying because the story changes after the work is done. That kind of ambiguity benefits the dealership, not the customer. I've reached out to management and will update this review if there's a response. Honestly, this feels very reminiscent of its prior ownership -- more like "Bill Heard 2.0" than a transparent service department. Get EVERYTHING in writing before you come here.

Since I do not, the next best thing was finding LA Auto which is Woman owned and Operated to fix my ride! LA Auto was brought to my attention thanks to the Projects feature in the Yelp App. I sent out a request for a job or service and Yelp broadcasted it to businesses to reach out to me concerning the service. I had initially had a different mechanic before LA Auto that was going to do the job, but a price change occurred before the vehicle was in their possession. Decide to nix that mechanic and go back to the drawing board acquiring estimates for the job. By this point, I had already ordered and picked up my parts directly from the dealership so they would match my vehicle. All I needed was the labor to complete the repair. I was really intrigued that there was a Woman owned and operated auto shop in Houston, so I decided to reach back out to the shop about an estimate for labor. My inquiry was Friday afternoon, so I didn't expect to hear back until Monday. Liz, the Owner, however, was in contact with me in and out the entire weekend asking for pictures of the parts to ensure they were correct for the vehicle based on the VIN as well as making sure they didn't need to paint the handles. She gave me a range on the price for the labor, which I could understand because she never saw the vehicle before- only pictures of the damage. We did most of our communication on Monday which offerred a great opportunity for me to get the car fixed that afternoon since she had an opening. I honestly thought I may have to come back another day to get the job completed because EVERY OTHER BODY SHOP I SPOKE TO said I would have to drop the car off just to get an estimate. I did that with one Pearland body shop and received a quote of over a THOUSAND dollars just to fix some handles! They even stated the labor was high because the panels of the car had to be removed. Thanks to Youtube, II knew that was not the case and Liz the owner and my mechanic confirmed my research as she completed the work on the vehicle in less than an hour WITHOUT removing the inside panels. She worked fast and I was even able to see her work from the office which provides a chair or two inside for waiting customers. A/C is blizzard cold inside the waiting area, so bring a jacket. This is not your car dealership waiting room with tvs and refreshments, so bring your own, but Liz worked so fast I didn't need to indulge in either! Really friendly, sincere, and affordable service from Liz at LA Auto. I am so glad to not only have my car repaired (FINALLY, with the exception of one small part that the dealership gave me in error that doesnt affect the main fix) but I am so estatic to support a small business owned and operated by women. I am telling everyone I know about LA Auto if they ever need repairs on their vehicle. This place is a real gem and deserves to shine!
