After 30 minutes I was asked if I wanted another 15minutes because she didn't touch one area. I can't have half of my face done and the other half not. Sitting through 45 minutes of electrolysis was not fun and unnecessary. I had her stop with three minutes left because the anxiety was killing me. The technician spent more time flaking away the numbing cream I had one than doing electrolysis. Every other technician in the past has wiped it off. On top of that I still have hair in one spot. Everything has always been taken care of in an half hour with the two other technicians (elsewhere). I have had electrolysis many many times and this was by far the worst. I did give two stars because I had the wrong time in my calendar and they did accommodate me after coming late.

Just finished up getting blessed by Anna at @medspabellafiore…read more Truly the only person I will ever trust with botox + dermal fillers (or any other medical grade facial treatments). I came to Anna last year after deciding to begin fillers for preventative aging due to years of sun damage from playing soccer my whole life, as well as hitting the genetic lottery *sarcasm* of getting my dad's Irish skin instead of my mom's Greek skin I also love having more defined, plumper lips, and always wanted to achieve that natural looking fullness in my lips via Juvederm. I previously had a not so gentle experience somewhere else and was referred to Anna by my girl @c8linhenny I will never look back. I can only speak the highest of volumes about Anna. She is so gentle, so clear, so honest, and I feel safe + confident in walking in, pointing out areas I would like to refresh, and then completely trusting her to do whatever she expertly thinks needs to be done. Kind, funny, and incredibly talented + skillful at the art of skincare. Shoutout to Krystal as well for being a complete sweetheart in the office!! Thank you tboth so much for everything! ‍

The place itself is fine... The people that work there come off as caring and nice... Problem is it…read moreseems like they're playing a bait and switch! I bought a Groupon for Coolsculpting and it was one of the few Groupon's that allowed you to get your abdominals done for the $600 price tag. Most of them only offer a small area for that price, like under the chin. Unfortunately when I got there, they gave me the whole song and dance that you need to have two different paddles for each side of your abdominals and even though they have one large paddle that would go across your entire lower abdominals it wouldn't work and also the larger paddle would be double the price. So ultimately they wanted to charge me $1200 with a $50 discount for the abdominals. If you call almost any cool sculpting place oLong Island or in Manhattan, you will get the exact same price of 1200$ for your abdominals...without a Groupon! Don't offer the deal if you're not going to honor it! Update: in response to your comments... You keep repeating , "lack of knowledge, lack of knowledge"... I called and spoke with a number of different places so I knew exactly what I was getting into. I also know that cosmetic procedures are not cheap. But again, as stated... I specifically asked about the abdominals! you offered the Groupon for 600 saying yes we do abdominals... you never mentioned anything over the phone that there might be two paddles or that it depends on the length of a person's torso (which didn't apply to me anyway) or any of the stuff you listed here. If that's truly how it is and you're telling me that you give that Groupon to some people then I'd love to see others who have done the procedure for 600 posting on here. I stand by my previous review!
