Even though Christmas was only a week away, the store wasn't busy and so it was the ideal time for Sam ( the lovely associate who helped me) and I to be intentional about the items I was choosing. I expressed the purpose of the purchase and gave her some insight into each of the recipients and shared how I wanted to choose shades with names that matched their temperaments or roles. For an one educator whose son is both autistic and has Down syndrome we chose Heroine - a beautiful shade of purple, her favorite color. For another whose tech obsessed we chose a deep shade of purple called Cyber. For another who has a big personality we chose " Flat out fabulous" and another who always leave work late we chose " werk werk werk". Shirley really should be the manager in this store, super nice girl made us feel very welcome in the store and happy - we had a great time. As we are still in a pandemic the store is practicing safety measures such as social distancing, requiring masks, and limiting the number of shoppers in the store. When you approach the store employees are waiting at the entrance to explain the system- shoppers are asked to line up outside the store on socially distanced markers and are offered hand sanitizer. An employee is there to direct shoppers to move up as needed. For every shopper that leaves the store another is permitted in to shop. Paper bags were offered to shop with and we were asked to keep our masks on throughout our time in the store. The store was well staffed on a Friday afternoon and all employees had masks on and seemed eager to help the shoppers. At check out extra room was made so even while waiting you still remained socially distanced. The cashiers were behind plexiglass and hand sanitizer was on the counter. Overall it was a great shopping experience and the staff seemed well trained in the new safety practices. You should feel safe shopping here and they had so much in stock!

There were dismissive facial expressions and an overall unwelcoming attitude that made me feel uncomfortable right away. As a new customer, first impressions matter, and this interaction was not a good one. I respect professionalism and understand policies around timing, but there's a way to communicate that respectfully. I found out that this location is one of the few corporate locations which means it is not part of the franchise. I had noticed that it is a lot more beautiful than the other franchise locations including the decor and the special lighting. That's in the rooms. it definitely feels more luxurious than the other locations I booked the laser package for full legs for $1800 and was absolutely blown away by the new technology that they had purchased. I knew that EWC was going to invest in the most new and highest advanced technology available for laser. It uses a nitro system, which felt like there was cold puffs of water being sprayed onto my legs, it was for the most part painless. I can't wait to see the results of these sessions, and I also want to continue working in for my full arms and under arms.
