People in front of, car 1 received 3 drinks, car 2, 1 drink. Waited 18 minutes. When at window I asked what the hold up was. The person said "we're training someone and it is supposed to take 5 to 7 minutes" then abruptly shut the window with attitude. No apologies, not even nice... That's not good customer service.
