They were able to make an appointment for the following day and when I called to push it back a half an hour because I was running late, they cheerfully did so. The main reason for 5 stars is the way Pal looked, felt and smelled when I picked him up. He's a heavy shedder and they somehow succeeded in removing all of it and he looked the best I've ever seen after being groomed.
