She just said here you go and handed us those cards. I asked what is this and she said your refund.... That is not a refund that's like store credit. That said, there were a lot of thoughtful touches that really stood out. The party room was decorated well, with detailed under the sea murals on the wall, and the place settings were surprisingly nice with sturdy glowing plastic plates, cups, and neatly arranged silverware that matched the neon and black-light theme. It made it feel more put-together than typical party setups. (Even though I decorated with my own decorations and partyware, as the birthday girl had a particular theme she wanted.)Our party attendant made it a point to check in to empty trash and make sure everything was going smoothly. One of the most appreciated features was that parents could watch the laser tag games from downstairs on the screens, and a few were even allowed to jump in and play with their kids at no extra charge, which was awesome. The kids absolutely loved the variety of arcade games and had a blast. Party pricing and packages were comparable to other venues, with three options to choose from, and we really liked being able to bring our own food and drinks. They were also very accommodating, since there wasn't a party before ours, they let us in early to decorate at no extra cost, and they didn't rush us out at the end, only asking for 30 minutes to reset the room for the next group. That flexibility made a huge difference, especially since we had the largest party package with multiple laser tag rounds plus arcade time, cake, and food. Parking was a bit tricky, but that was expected at the oceanfront (and we were glad it was the off-season). Most importantly, the kids had an amazing time and the birthday girl is already asking to have another party there, which says it all.
