The equipment they had was in good order, I rented a tiller and it worked great. It's a much easier rental process than going through Home Depot, as they are better staffed and will help you load and unload the equipment. I recommend Bunce if you need to rent equipment for yard work or landscaping.

I rented a dump truck from them, when I got there the truck would not start, he let me use a smaller dump truck, that thing was swirly on the road (he blamed the previous customer for turning it in like that). When the other truck was fixed, he called me back to pick it up, I did, used it the next day, got some fill dirt, and the truck would not lift the bed, called them, they wanted me to send a picture of the load, Travis told me I overloaded it, the bed could only lift 3.5 yrds, which is BS! (I've rented a similar truck with PTO and and it lifted wet clay out oh the bed with no problems), so I had to shovel dirt from the front of the bed till it could dump! My 2nd load the dump bed would not at all, I only had 2 yrds, check out the truck, found the PTO shaft missing and was laying in my yard, it was missing it's bolts, I had to find bolts for it and install the shaft on my own, called Travis, and he tried to blame for for that problem, when I told him that I was a mechanic, he blamed it on his mechanic! Bottom line is he does not maintain his equipment, and tries to pass the buck onto the customer! Then tells me "let me make it right, and keep the truck till sat(I was scheduled to return the truck Friday by 1:30pm) so I'm thinking cool I'll return the truck by 1:30) nope!!! All the talk that he was doing, I must have misunderstood him saying return it by 7am!!!! Now why would I get up early on a sat fucking morning to return a truck!!! That's the kind of shady business they run over there, for 3 days of using that truck he charge me over $1,000.00! I called about the charges, and he did not want to negotiate, if there was zero stars, that is what they deserve!! These guys also run a U-haul business too. Again beware!!!!

I needed a forklift to get this nonsense straightened out. After making too many phone calls, I came across Jennings Equipment in Puyallup, and spoke directly to Andrew. I managed to get the trailer and its wonky load to their store, and he personally took the time to help me (with a forklift), and organize it in a way that was legal and safe. Andrew's customer service was second to none. As my teenagers would say, props and a shout out, he absolutely nailed it when it came to helping resolve this issue.

The moving contractor suggested a "scissor lift" to take the bed up the side of the town home, over the balcony railing and into the master bedroom through the sliding patio door. I found Discount Lift Rentals/Ahern pretty easily in an Internet search. This company was by FAR the most reasonably priced (by a couple hundred dollars) of the 3 or 4 I contacted. Delivery/pick-up of the equipment was absolutely on time; I was only charged for a 2-day rental even though they delivered on a Friday and picked it up on a Monday. I had to find my own operator, but the equipment worked perfectly and Michelle the sales rep. was a joy to work with on the phone.
