A really special place for many reasons. The building, a typical ticinese house in the range of the Scherrer botanical park, has a huge terrace and a romantic atmosphere. The location, a little bit off the tourist track of the village, has a privileged view, as it's looking towards the least narrow part of the lake compared to other places nearby. Also, being in the Arbòstora hillside, you get to enjoy the sun long after the village centre is in shadows.
Nothing says slow living as an appetizer at sunset in a rustic villa-like restaurant. Straight to my favourites!
Specially recommendable are the zander from the lake and the roasted lamb ribs, although I'm not sure whether the dishes are permanently on the menu.
