About a month before I received an email that said the reservation was canceled. Trying not to panic too much, I stopped by their office to clarify the reservation and met with Joshua. He was very reasssuring and had no idea why I would have received that email. Again, he was very reassuring and gave me his personal phone number for me to contact him with any further concerns. The day of the wedding, the driver was there promptly. He was warm, courtious and professional. Other than the little bump in the road mentioned above, my experience with them was better than expected; and will use them again in the future.
