HOLY BUYER BEWARE - Buying a truck form here nearly put my company out of business. It's hard…read moreenough to make it out here without getting ripped off by another company. The long and short of it is they misrepresented the trucks they sold me. They didn't refurbish them as they marketed on their website. They wouldn't let me out of the contract even though I never even used the trucks they sold me because each one showed up all shined up on the outside but completely rusted out junk on the inside. Hell they even put electrical tape on corroded brake lines. Polished turds is what comes to mind. I lost thousands of dollars on this transaction and ultimately had to pay another company to replace the entire hydraulic system and another company to do the electrical all within the first few months of owning it. I would strongly suggest that you don't buy from here but if you are a glutton for punishment please make sure you have a lawyer revise their sales agreement so there is a clause that will allow you to get a refund if the truck isn't what they say it is. I had a lawyer review the contract and they said they wrote this so skewed in their favor so that you can't pursue any type of legal action or hope for a refund. Once you buy it, your stuck with it. In response: I won't share my legal name but I find it hard to believe your team doesn't recall this horrible deal you did last year, does this type of thing happen that often over there? I personally reached out to Erik pleading for him to let me out of this deal as my company was on the verge of going out of business due to the numerous issues these two trucks had. I explained to him and his management that I put my whole life savings into my company and buying these trucks from i-80 nearly cost me everything. He never responded and after a while, his management wouldn't respond either. Leaving a review on Yelp seems to be the only way I can get a response from the owner... hmmm I wonder why that is? I pleaded with their management for several months. I sent emails, calls, texts, and I even considered flying out there again to address them in person. Eventually the management there stopped answering my calls and wouldn't return messages. I was out of time and almost out of money, I couldn't deal with them any longer. I had no choice but to take it to another company to get it repaired properly. Cost me big money to get everything fixed on this "refurbished" truck. So sir, I won't waste another minute of my time dealing with your company to pursue this resolution you offered. I've already paid another company to fix that truck anyway. The only reason I left this is comment was to provide an accurate description of my dealings with your company as per the intended use of this website. As I said, buyer beware. There are some unethical companies out there... Best of luck to all you small businesses out there and God Bless.

We have purchased from 75 foot lifts to Grappel trucks and even a crane. Jordan Jones, our sales Rep has always made sure we have got the best deal possible and the quality of reconditioning there company does is by far the best we have seen. We also buy new and used trucks from Altec and other companies. So we do have some experience in Buying equipment! Thanks Jordan!

I said there is a kit, it's part # and then guy juat wanted to argue..... 2nd time I came it to see if they would install a new muffler for me. They said we dont do any exhaust work. And I asked why. Just got a smile ans refusal to answer me. And wait starred at me smiling like an ass. 9 guess they just dont busienss from a local. Horrible service... avoid. EDIT: AFTER SEEING RHE COMMWNT FROM OWNERSHIP.... its funny how they get last word, ignore the other issue ans only respond to the one publicly. Maybe I should add shady to my review too? But this is why I didnt want to address it any further, bc you're cool.woth it. At least I found out you over quote and reduse to have a conversation about certain topics apparently. But that's OK too.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! We…read morepurchased our third truck in a short period of time from Weber Auto on July 17, 2025. Within the first few weeks we had mechanical problems, which the dealership fixed. At that time we carefully looked over the truck and even took photos of the wheel wells -- there was no visible rust. By September 19, severe rust was already bubbling through both wheel wells and the tailgate. On September 23, we emailed Weber Auto with our concerns. On September 25, after no response, we called and spoke with the manager, Stu. Instead of offering a solution, he said the best they could do was a small discount on repairs. We also discovered another $3,500 in mechanical issues (broken cables to the shifting column and more), which may also have been concealed. At this point, we are facing over $7,000 in repairs, not including legal costs. Over the next week we made several follow-up calls -- with the salesman John, with Dan the owner, and with the dealership's main office. Despite repeated attempts, no one at Weber Auto took responsibility or offered meaningful help. We have dated photos showing the truck with zero rust at purchase and then severe bubbling just 45 days later, with Bondo visibly present in the wheel wells. To us, this is clear evidence of concealed damage. Buyers beware: Weber Auto sold us a truck with hidden problems, refused to address them, and dismissed our concerns -- even after being repeat customers.
